Abstract

The invention relates to a mould 1 for manufacturing moulded test pieces 10. The wall of the mould 1 is made of cardboard, and a flexible and inextensible inner strip 3 is adhesively bonded onto it. For mould release, the loop 4 is pulled on, which tears the cardboard wall. Application: reduction of the manufacturing time, in particular for concrete test pieces 10; improvement of the quality of the test pieces.

Description

La présente invention est relative à un procédé nouveau ,pour fabriquer des éprouvettes moulées , du genre de celles qu on prépare pour effectuer des essais de résistance des matériaux . Elle concerne également , à titre de produit industriel nouveau , un moule ptur la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé
Il est connu de réaliser une éprouvette d'essai , en versant le matériau liquide dans un miule cylindrique en carton . Après solidification du matériau , on détruit le moule , pour ne la-isser subsister que l'éprouvette cylindrique . Cette dernière est alors prête pour subir les essais habituels , notamment de fatigue , de cisaillement , de traction , de flexion , de compression , ou autres.

En fin d'opéaation , il suffit d'écarter les bords déchirés 15 ( flèches 16 , figure 8) , pour détacher la paroi 1 du moule , et i'éliminer.
