Abstract

The device consists of a transparent window 1 behind which rotates the information 2 inserted into a transparent film 3 linked to two holding cylinders 4 by one or more belts 5 providing for their synchronisation. A motor 6 drives a timer 7 with belts 8 equipped with pushers 9 acting on rigid rods 10 arranged transversely on the transparent film 3. Longer rigid rods 11 fixed to the ends of the transparent film 3 strike a changeover switch 12 when the transparent film reaches its end. The changeover switch 12 then reverses the direction of rotation of the device. The film 3 is back lit by fluorescent tubes 13 situated behind a semi-opaque screen 14, which is itself arranged behind the film 3.
