Abstract

The present invention relates to a process for producing solid punch extract. The process is essentially characterised by the fact that it consists in macerating, in a given volume of rum, a given type of fruit, in mixing a solid sugar with a gelling product, in impregnating the said mixture with a certain quantity of the said maceration liquid, in blending the said impregnated mixture, and in drying the said blended mixture, called: suco punch.
