perpendicular to the tongue (10).

4 - safety gate according to claim 1, characterized in that the mechanism (11) for translational control comprises: - a support member (12) rotatably mounted on the axis but immobilized parallel to the inner face 10 of the panel and supporting at least one stop (17),

- A movable member (14) carried by the panel, operable from the outer face thereof and comprising a bolt or the like (15) cooperating with the stop.

5 - Gate according to claim 4, characterized in that the support member (12) is immobilized parallel to the inner face of the panel by a reinforcing element (26) passing through

the dropped edge (7) on the side of the panel near the axis.

turning associated with a bolt eccentric type.
