IL CONSISTE A REVETIR LES FIBRES DU PAPIER D'UNE MINCE ENVELOPPE NON GENERATRICE DE PARTICULES EN PLONGEANT LE PAPIER, EN EMPOUSSIEREMENT CONTROLE, DANS UN BAIN PLASTIFIANT OBTENU PAR DISSOLUTION D'UN POLYMERE. LE PAPIER EST ENSUITE SECHE ET CONDITIONNE SOUS ECOULEMENT LAMINAIRE. LE PROCEDE EST PARTICULIEREMENT APPLICABLE AU PAPIER AINSI QU'AUX PHOTOCOPIES OU DOCUMENTS DIVERS DESTINES A UNE UTILISATION EN SALLE PROPRE.

Description

La présente invention ccncerne un procédé pernettant de rendre non générateur ae particules le papier destiné à une utilisation en salie propre.
Utilisé sous forme de cahiers, fiches ou documents divers, le papier représente dans les salles propres une scurce importante de contamination particulaire de l'air.
Le procédé selon l'invention permet de remédier à cet inconvénient. I1 consiste, en effet, à revêtir les fibres du papier d'une mince enveloppe, elle-même non génératrice de particules, en réalisant, en empoussièrement contrôlé, une plastification du papier.
Le papier ou le document à traiter est préalablement lavé et dégraissé, puis séché à l'air sec. I1 est ensuite plongé, en salle propre, dans un bain plastifiant obtenu par dissolution d'un polymère, de préférence vinylique, (par exemple : polysty rène dissout dans du trichloréthylène), puis séché sous écoulement laminaire. I1 est enfin conditionné, toujours en salle propre et sous écoulement laminaire.
Le procédé selon l'invention est particulièrement applicable au papier ainsi qu'aux photocopies ou documents divers destinés à une utilisation en salle propre.

Claims (2)

REVENDICATIONS
1) Procédé permettant de rendre non générateur de particules le papier, ou des documents en papier, destinés à une utilisation en salle propre, caractérisé en ce que le papier, ou les documents, subissent une plastification en empoussièrement contrlé.
2) Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que la plastification est obtenue par trempage du papier, ou du document, dans un bain plastifiant obtenu par dissolution d'un polymère.
