Abstract

The subject of the invention relates to a device for steps which may be built into prefabricated swimming pool shells made of synthetic resins. It consists of the combination, firstly, of the reinforcement 11 of the contiguous face of the assembling ridge, then by the bolting 15 of the surfaces 10, 5 which are in contact, and finally by the sealing of the assembled parts. It is intended to enable steps to be laid, during installation, at any point on the periphery.

Description

 The object of the invention relates to a staircase device that can be incorporated into the shells of prefabricated synthetic resin pools.

 It is intended to allow the installation during installation of a staircase added at any point on the periphery.

 The size of the one-piece hulls of prefabricated swimming pools has a bulk making it difficult to transport them and the installation of an integrated staircase further increases the overshoot of the assembly while presenting increased risks of damage.

 the device according to the invention relates to a device for assembling one or more staircases at any location on the periphery of the walls and this at the time of its installation, while ensuring the tightness of the assemblies as well as their stabilization so to reinforce the structure of the open sector of the wall.

 It consists of the combination of the reinforcement of the joint face of the assembly edge first, then the bolting of the contacting surfaces and finally the sealing of the assembled parts.

 The separately prefabricated staircase is a one-piece synthetic resin, fig 1, 2, 3, 4, and has an overall section, either semi-circular l, or rectangular or square 2, 3, 4 (fig 4).

 I1 is fixed at any point on the peripheral wall 5 of the swimming pool. To this end, a notch 6 is practiced on either side of the sectors 7, 8.

 The shell of the staircase has a wall 9 extending by a bent shoulder 10 at right angles.

 In this shoulder is incorporated the metal frame 11 whose perforations 12, 13, 14 at appropriate distances receive bolts 15.

 The head 16 is welded to the frame 11 by the surface 17.

 The face 18 of the shoulder pressed against a seal 19 which may preferably be made of threaded neoprene.

A bead or seal 20 made of stringy silicone preserves the
contiguous surface of any water penetration.

 The bolt rod passes through the wall 5 of the swimming pool supports a distribution washer 21 receiving the locking pressure of the nut 22.

 The face 23 of the swimming pool is stabilized by the reinforcing concrete 24 like the external wall 9 of the staircase which can comprise two or more steps 25, 26.

 This attached staircase arms the sectors 7, 8 which would be weakened by the notch 6 without this arrangement.

 The volume of the pool is increased at the same time as its transport is facilitated by the elimination of any overshoot of the bottom hull.

 It is thus possible to install 2, 3, 4 or more staircases of all sizes and all profiles on the entire periphery of the swimming pool 5.

 However, the shapes, dimensions and arrangements of the various elements may vary within the limit of the equivalents, as moreover the materials used for their manufacture without changing the general design of the invention which has just been described.

Claims (3)

 10 Stair device incorporable into the shells of prefabricated synthetic resin pools intended to allow during installation of a staircase attached at any point on the periphery, in order to reduce the size of the hull for transport and increase its capacity by its external access, characterized by the combination of its means of assembling the prefabricated one-piece staircase in profile, either semi circular (1) or rectangular or even square (2, 3, 4) fixing on a notch (6) of the peripheral wall (5) of the swimming pool, the shell of the staircase comprising a wall (9) extending by a shoulder (10) bent at a right angle in which is incorporated a metal frame ( 11) with perforations (12, 13, 14) receiving the bolt (15) ensuring the assembly on the wall of the pool by nut (22) while the seal is obtained by fittings (19, 20, 21 ) internal and external.  20 Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the bolt incorporated in the shoulder whose junction includes a head (ló) welded (17) on the frame (11) and the nut (22) provided with a washer (21) of interposed pressure extending beyond the external face of the swimming pool receiving a concrete covering (24).  30 Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the attached shell comprises a number of appropriate steps (25, 20) and is fixed on one of the peripheral faces (1, 2, 3, 4) of the wall (5) of the swimming pool by the shoulder (10) structuring the sectors (7, 8) on either side of the notch (b).
