Description

The subject of the invention is shelters of forms polyhedral allowing to shelter people or families in case of emergency or precariousness, or serve as leisure accommodation, or even temporary offices.

L'assemblage est relativement long.We already know shelters in the form of domes hemispherical concrete. These shelters are long and expensive to manufacture and very difficult to transport. They're from moreover badly insulated. We also know shelters polyhedral in general dome shape, made up of triangular panels assembled using screw parts, type used in the assembly of furniture. These pieces are quite expensive and cutting triangular panels causes falls. The assembly is relatively long.

In FR-A- 2,662,216, panels consisting of two facings have been described arranged on either side of an insulating material and into the edges of which have been inserted complex lateral profiles having, on the side of each facing, a groove, each groove receiving one of the two cores of a junction joint cover profile. These achievements are complex, and require clipping on both sides of the panel. The the edges of the panels are only slightly pressed or pressed together. In addition, they do not do not lend themselves to the direct assembly of two panels forming a dihedral angle.

The shelter described in document FR-A-2 662 216 has the characteristics of the preamble of claim 1.

The objective of the invention is to provide shelters extremely economical, extremely easy to assemble and disassemble by unqualified personnel and nevertheless allow to shelter the occupants in good conditions of comfort, waterproofing and insulation.

The invention relates to a shelter, consisting of polygonal panels assembled according to a polyhedron, and clips for assembling said polygonal panels preferably inscribed in a dome or a sphere, all of the panels comprising a watertight outer facing, an insulating intermediate material and an interior facing, said panels comprising, on their various edges in contact mutual, side pieces, characterized in that said side pieces are provided, on their internal side opposite the edge, with a recessed or raised portion, and can be applied against each other at the desired angle by one or more clips each clip overlapping the two side pieces juxtaposed and coming to rest in or on the recessed or raised parts to press said edges one against the other.

Preferably, the side pieces are inserted, on the edge of the panel, between the exterior facing and the interior facing, to which they are attached. Preferably these side pieces form a continuous frame constituting the all the edges of the polygonal panel.

These side pieces or frame elements can be preferably associated with positioning means, for example example of the tabs or studs determining the position respective of the two adjacent panels.

Very advantageously, the clip, preferably metallic, has a U shape with branches end with reliefs complementary to the reliefs of side pieces.

Very advantageously the interior facing can have slots near the side elements for allow the passage of the wings of the U-shaped clips during installation clips and when removing for disassembly.

We prefer that the panels have a shape trapezoidal. Bottom panels can have a shape rectangular if they are arranged vertically.

Some of the panels may have an opening to form a door and windows and an upper opening is also left for ventilation.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is described using the accompanying drawings.
  • Figure 1 shows an elevational view of a shelter according to the invention.
  • Figure 2 shows a top view of the shelter.
  • Figure 3 shows a sectional view of a panel at one of its edges.
  • Figure 4 shows a sectional view at the edges of two panels assembled together.
  • Figure 5 shows a view of the interior facings at the edges.

Par ailleurs, le parement interne 3 présente, de place en place, des fentes 7 adjacentes à la face de la baguette 4 qui présente la gorge 6.The shelter panels, according to this example, are cut from standard 43mm panels thick and successively comprising from the outside a marine plywood 1, thickness 5 mm, a foam board of expanded polystyrene 2 of 30 mm and an interior facing 3 makes an 8mm thick chipboard. These panels are cut in rectangular or trapezoidal shapes to form five types of panels P1, P2, P3, P4 and P5. The edges or panel edges are sawn at an easy angle to calculate from the attached drawing, such as the songs of two adjacent panels can be applied one against the other the other. These songs are materialized by sticks or battens of rectangular wooden section 4 inserted between the facing 1 and 3 and glued against these facing, being also reinforced with stainless steel clips 5. Du internal side, i.e. on the foam side, the baguette forming the lateral element 4 has a longitudinal groove 6. Furthermore, the internal facing 3 has, from place to place, slots 7 adjacent to the face of the rod 4 which shows throat 6.

It is understood that the rods 4 thus form a frame which runs all around the panel considered, but we could also replace the sticks with shorter pieces arranged from place to place on the edges of the panels.

The assembly is done as follows. Two panels, per example, panel P1 and panel P2 are applied one against each other by their adjacent edges 4 in the position respective that they must permanently occupy. We introduce then steel clips 8 in U shape with a base 9 and two branches or wings 10, having, at their end a rib 11 of triangular shape. We pass the two branches by the two slots 7 which face each other until the ribs 11 are clipped into the grooves 6. We prefer to use two clips for a panel edge. The disassembly is easy by pulling on the clips.

The seal between the two adjacent panels can be assured by placing a joint between the two rods 4 pressed against each other by their clips 8. We can also simply seal with a silicone sealant 12 arranged in the space between two exterior facings 1.

Some of the panels may have an opening for doors and windows. Two adjacent panels can have openings facing each other to form the door u13. Windows that will be fitted with opening glazing are represented at 14. At the upper end between the P5 panels is left a ventilation opening 15 with a hatch or other means ensuring rain tightness.

To avoid dislocation of the lower panels P1, less well maintained than those in the rest of the dome, these panels can be encircled by a hoop (not shown) all around the perimeter, or firmly fixed to the ground or floor.

The floor can be, for example, a concrete slab, or it can be carried out in a raised way in wooden boards or in sheets of suitable materials fixed on an underlying framework to create a crawlspace.

In cases where lightness is essential, in particular in the high mountains, the wooden elements are made of balza and the foldable floor is made up of inflated waterproof elements with compressed air.

Thanks to the extreme simplicity and speed of assembly, shelters can be set up on site by their users, for example homeless people or in a precarious situation, after development and servicing of land.

The different panel cutting operations and setting up their frame, and making windows and doors are simple carpentry operations, on mundane machines, which could create jobs for them homeless or precarious people.
