Abstract

Screw with an insulated head, characterised in that it comprises three parts assembled to one another so as to constitute a single-piece component: a head 10 on which the screwing torque is exerted; an intermediate component 12 called a transmission member, produced from an insulating material and interposed between the said head and a threaded shank 14 constituting the third component, the said head and the said threaded shank being engaged with the transmission member 12 so that the screwing torque exerted on the head is transmitted to the threaded shank by the said transmission member, which electrically insulates the head 10 from the shank 14.
