Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de réalisation d'un réflecteur d'ondes électromagnétiques de courte longueur d'onde (hyperfréquence) en métallisant une pièce en matière plastique injectée. La métallisation se fait sous vide par dépôt ionique pour avoir une couche réfléchissante dense et sans rugosités. Un réflecteur obtenu par cette invention a un rendement "K" performant et une très faible distorsion. Le procédé selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à la réception des émissions de télévision transmises en hyperfréquence 4 ou 12 GHz par exemple, et des ondes radar.
