Box closure system with its lid which can be adapted to various sample collection boxes for medical use.

The present invention relates to and has esentiellment for object an eboite which perhaps of variable dimensions, for the packaging and the transport of objects such as for example tubes or bottles.

The present invention relates more particularly to a box for packaging and transporting objects used in particular in the medical field as a box for sampling.

In other words. the objects contained in said box are, for example, sampling tubes and accessories allowing these samples to be taken.

The object of the present invention is to propose a series of packaging and transport boxes of simple manufacture and of low cost price, making it possible to transport the objects without risk of displacement thereof in the box.

To this end, the subject of the invention is a box for packaging and transporting objects such as pat free from sampling tubes and accessories or the like for medical use comprising a box body comprising a bottom and side porois having a oriented rim outwardly of said body and a cover characterized in that said box comprises a second cover disposed in said box body and formed with cells of shape combined with those of the cells formed on the bottom of said box body to define housings for said objects, said cover being kept pressed on said objects by said first cover, or personalized cardboard being constituted by a slide into the personalized cardboard.

Furthermore, one of the edges of the slide comprises an orifice which is located opposite, in the closed position of the box, with an orifice of the first planar cover to allow said boot to be locked or sealed in the closed position.

Preferably, and in particular for boxes containing sampling tubes and accessories for medical use, the first flat cover includes inscriptions intended in particular for the identification of the sampling carried out.

With reference to FIG. 1, the box resulting from the invention comprises a box body (1), a first cover (2) or personalized cardboard and a second cover forming a counter-cover (3).

According to the invention, the box body (1) comprises a bottom (4) having cells (15) for disposing of objects (14) such as sampling tubes and accessories for medical use.

Advantageously, the bottom of the box includes elements (9) projecting downward to form feet.

The body of the boot (1) is advantageously made of flexible plastic and manufactured by molding.

According to the invention, the second cover or counter-cover (3) which is made of flexible plastic material by molding, has cells (9) forming waves of shape combined with those of the cells (15) at the bottom (4) for define between the bottom (4) and the counter-cover (3) housings of shape combined with the shape of the articles (14) to be packaged and transported.

Advantageously, the counter-cover (3) has surfaces (10) projecting upwards to form a bearing surface against the lower surface of the cover (2) or personalized cardboard when the latter is introduced into the gutter of the body. from the box (1).

By way of example, there is shown in the attached table a type of personalized cardboard. (Figure 2 and 2 (continued))
Thus the counter-cover is kept pressed by the cover (2) on the articles (14) and prevents any movement of these during transport of the box.

Furthermore, to allow the cover (2) to be sealed or locked in the closed position on the body of the box (1) so as to avoid any risk of exchange of the articles (14), in particular after removal, the flange (7) of the box closure system comprises an orifice (11) which comes opposite with an orifice (12) advantageously provided on the cover (2) or personalized cardboard, when the box is in the closed position. Therefore it is easy to seal the box to guarantee its inviolability.

Furthermore it is advantageous to provide on one or both sides of the cover (2) inscriptions (13) to identify the sample taken or to indicate any information concerning this sample.

According to the preferred embodiment of the closure system, the cover (2) is made of cardboard, but it can also be made of any other material such as, for example, plastic, glass or the like, without thereby departing from the scope of the invention.

Claims (5)

- CLAIMS 1) Boot for sampling for medical use characterized in that it  comprises a box body (1), a bottom (4) having optional  of cells (15) for receiving objects (14) of the type  collection tubes and accessories for medical use, and a system  zipper formed by a rigid plastic frame (7)  fitted with a gutter into which an element of  closure (2) serving as a cover, this frame having enco  to facilitate the insertion and removal of the element  closure (2) and welded to the body (r) of the box at (5). 2) Sampling box according to claim -1- in that it  further comprises an intermediate cover forming against cover  key (3) forming waves of shape conjugated to those of the alveoli  oles (15) at the bottom (4) to define between the latter and the counter  cover (3) of housings of form conjugated to the form of the arti  keys (14) to be packaged and transported. 3) Sampling box according to claim -1- characterized in  what the rim (7) of the box closure system includes  an orifice (11) which comes opposite an orifice (12) provided on the  cover (2) for receiving a means of sealing  or lock the cover (2) in the closed position on the body of  the box (1). 4) Sampling box according to claim -1- characterized in that  the closure element (2) is made of plastic,  in glass or similar or preferably in personalized cardboard  receiving indications specific to the laboratory, to the sample  and to the patient. 5) Sampling box according to claim -1- characterized in  what it is made of flexible plastic by molding  having at the four lower corners of the cells (9) forming  feet.
