Abstract

The packing consists of a sheet of cardboard (4) with a hanging slot at one end. The opposite end of the card has a double capsule one forming a lid (1) and the other a box (2). The lid flange (3) is sealed to the base at the box flange (2'). The lid flange is extended outwards to form a ring (3') which rests on the card (4). The box is located by the elbow (5). The packing capsule may also penetrate through the cardboard with the lid on the same side as the box flange.

Description

 The present invention relates to a packaging comprising a cardboard support intended to be hung on a display at the point of sale.

 We know the mode of presentation called "blister". This consists of a cardboard on which is thermo-sealed a sheet of rigid transparent plastic material comprising a cavity intended to contain the objects to be presented. In another embodiment, the objects are placed on the cardboard, and the plastic sheet is then affixed, thus closely matching the shape of said objects.

The user must remove this plastic sheet to grab the object, which is very often difficult.

 In addition, this process does not adapt to all objects. Thus, it is not usable for thumbtacks, paper clips, screws, pins, etc ... Indeed, the plastic sheet being torn after its separation from the cardboard, there is no longer any container to contain objects that were not immediately used, which is generally the case for the examples cited above.

 I1 is therefore necessary to present these in an intermediate packaging, such as a cardboard or plastic boot, which increases the cost and wastes raw material.

 The present invention overcomes these drawbacks by allowing the packaging to be used subsequently to store the objects contained therein.

 In addition, it makes it easier for the user to separate the cardboard and to grip the objects.

 Finally, the cost is lower, because it is useless to have recourse to an intermediate packaging intended to preserve the part of the objects which is not immediately used.

 The invention consists of a package composed of two thermoformed or injected shells, one forming a boot, the other forming a cover.

 One of these two shells has an overhanging part which is fixed to the cardboard by heat-sealing while the other is subject to the first.

 A protruding line can be formed on the projecting part which facilitates the separation of the packaging and the cardboard.

 After this separation, the box-lid assembly can be used as such and can even be used later to contain objects other than those which were originally there.

 The accompanying drawings show different embodiments of the invention.

 Figure 1 is an overall perspective view of an embodiment of the invention.

 Figure 2 is a schematic section of Figure 1.

 Figures 3, 4 and 5 are schematic sections of other embodiments of the invention.

 In Figure 1, we see the cardboard support 4 and the boot 1 with, at its base, the projecting portion in steps 3-3 '. The bottom step 3 is heat-sealed on the cardboard 4. Referring to the section (Figure 2), we see a cover 2 forced into the opening of the boot 1, whose projecting part 2 'is housed under walking 3 '. The boot 1 is thus well closed, and this embodiment makes it inviolable.

 In addition, there may be a m6 "between 3 and 3 ′ a weakening line 5 allowing the boot-lid assembly of the carton 4 to be separated without difficulty, the portion 3 of the projecting part remaining fixed to said carton.

 In FIG. 3, the cover 7 comprises the projecting part 8 with its weakening line 10, heat-sealed on the cardboard 9, and the boot 5 is forced into the cover 7.

 In FIG. 4, the boot it is arranged in such a way that the bottom probe is not in contact with the cardboard 14. To do this, its configuration forms a support ll ′ comprising the projecting part I3 <with its weakening line I5 ) heat-sealed in carton I4. The cover I2 is forced into the boot 11. This embodiment may be suitable for example for relatively fragile objects.

 In FIG. 5, the box-cover assembly is disposed inside a circular opening 19a provides in the cardboard support I9 so that the cover 17 is located on the rear face of said support, its projecting part I8 (which includes the weakening line 20) being heat-sealed on the front face of said support. The boot I6 is forced into the inside of the cover I7.

 Although this is not shown in the figures described above, the boots and the covers can be molded so that they include any design, acronym, mark or decoration.

 One can also arrange on the cover a small handle facilitating the opening and the closing of the boot.

 It is obvious that the embodiments described above are only by way of example and in no way limit the scope of the present invention. One can also imagine parallelepipedic packaging intended to contain, for example, pipe brushes, called "chenillettes", pencils, or any other longiform objects sold in multiple units.

1. Packaging fixed on a cardboard support intended to be hung on a  display stand characterized in that it is composed of two shells, one  forming a box, the other forming a cover. 2. Packaging fixed on a cardboard support intended to be hung on a  display unit according to claim 1 characterized in that one of these  shells has an overhanging part intended to be heat-sealed  on the cardboard to secure it. 3. Packaging fixed on a cardboard support intended to be hung on a  display stand according to claim 2 characterized in that the part  bordering one of the shells covers the edge of the other shell  to ensure the inviolability of the packaging. 4. Packaging fixed on a cardboard support intended to be hung on a  display according to claims 2 and / or 3 characterized in that a  weakening line is provided on the projecting part so  to facilitate the separation of packaging and cardboard.
