L'invention concerne un dispositif de fermeture pour récipients, notamment pour boites poudreuses, du type comprenant un corps distributeur du produit contenu dans le récipient, réalisé sous forme d'une coupelle dont le fond recouvre l'ouverture du récipient et est pourvu de perforations distributrices dudit produit, et un couvercle susceptible d'être monté amoviblement sur le corps distributeur pour recouvrir le fond perforé de celui-ci.
Des dispositifs de fermeture de ce type sont déjà connus. Ces dispositifs comportent en général un couvercle qui est réalisé sous forme d'un élément indépendant que l'on monte sur le corps distributeur par emmanchement. Par conséquent, le couvercle est facilement perdable et sa manipulation n'est pas aisée.
La présente invention a pour but de proposer un dispositif de fermeture qui pallie cet inconvénient des dispositifs connus, qui vient d'être énoncé.
Pour atteindre ce but, le dispositif de fermeture selon l'invention est caractérisé en ce que le couvercle est relié au corps distributeur par une patte de liaison souple, solidaire à ses extrémités aux périphéries respectivement du couvercle et du corps distributeur, de façon à pouvoir pivoter entre une position d'obturation du corps distributeur et une position rabattue de dégagement de celui-ci.

Selon une caractéristique avantageuse de l'invention, la partie centrale de la face distributrice est en retrait en formant une cuvette dont le fond comporte les perforations précitées, et en ce que le couvercle comprend sur sa face de fermeture du corps distributeur une nervure annulaire faisant axialement saillie et destinée à s'engager dans ladite cuvette, le bord libre de la nervure et le bord supérieur de la cuvette comportant des moyens de verrouillage par encliquetage du couvercle dans sa position de fermeture.
Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, le bord supérieur de la cuvette comporte une lèvre faisant saillie radialement vers l'intérieur et la nervure comprend à une distance prédéterminée de son extrémité libre dans sa surface extérieure une gorge dans laquelle s'engage ladite lèvre lorsque le couvercle occupe sa position de fermeture précitée.
Selon encore une autre caractéristique avantageuse de l'invention, la patte de liaison est réalisée sous forme d'un C dont les extrémités sont reliées respectivement au couvercle et au corps distributeur et qui présente une forme convexe vers l'extérieur.
Selon encore une autre caractéristique avantageuse de l'invention, le corps distributeur, le couvercle et la patte de liaison sont réalisés en une seule pièce en matière plastique.

Sur ces figures, les numéros de référence 1, 2 et 3 désignent respectivement le récipient, par exemple une boite poudreuse, le corps distributeur et le couvercle. Ce dernier est relié au corps distributeur par une patte de liaison souple 4. Le corps distributeur, le couvercle et la patte sont réalisés en une pièce en un matériau plastique.
Le corps distributeur comporte une paroi latérale cylindrique 6 qui est fermée à une extrémité par une paroi de fermeture 7 et porte à son extrémité inférieure une jupe déchirable 8. La paroi latérale est configurée de façon à pouvoir être emmanchée sur le col du récipient 1. Pour assurer le blocage du corps distributeur sur le goulot, ses parois latérales 6 et le col présentent des bourrelets et nervures angulaires respectivement (non représentés).
La paroi frontale de fermeture 7 du corps distributeur présente une configuration étagée comportant une partie annulaire radialement extérieure 10 et une partie centrale 11 axialement en retrait.
Cette dernière partie présente la forme d'une cuvette à paroi latérale cylindrique. Le fond de cette cuvette est pourvu de zones déchirables 12 constituant des préperforations pour la distribution du produit contenu dans le récipient après leur perçage. Le bord supérieur de la cuvette comprend une partie réalisée sous forme d'une lèvre 14 qui fait radialement saillie vers l'axe du corps distributeur.
Le couvercle 3 est réalisé sous forme d'un disque circulaire qui porte sur sa face inférieure de recouvrement de la paroi de fermeture et d'obturation du corps distributeur une nervure circulaire 15 qui fait axialement saillie et est configurée pour s'engager dans la cuvette du corps distributeur. extérieure de celle-ci, est pratiquée une gorge 17 qui est configurée pour permettre l'engagement par encliquetage de la lèvre 14, pour verrouiller le couvercle dans sa position de fermeture du corps distributeur. Le dispositif à lèvre et à gorge constitue aussi un moyen de fermeture hermétique pour éviter le passage d'odeurs et pour protéger le produit d'humidité, une fois les perforations réalisées.
Pour compléter la description du dispositif de fermeture selon l'invention, la patte de liaison 4 est fixée par une extrémité à la paroi latérale 6 du corps distributeur 2, au niveau du bord supérieur de cette paroi, et par son autre extrémité à la périphérie du couvercle 3.
La cuvette du corps distributeur est configurée de façon à former un espace entre le fond 11 présentant les perforations et le couvercle 3 d'une profondeur suffisante pour permettre l'insertion d'informations ou de recommandations relatives par exemple à l'utilisation ou la conservation du produit contenu dans le récipient ou des notices de sécurité.
Les informations pourraient être imprimées sur un document que l'on l'introduit à l'état plié dans l'espace précité.
Etant donné que le couvercle est associé à une fermeture scellée, c'est-à-dire pourvue d'une jupe déchirable,'la fermeture selon l'invention permet tout en maintenant le scellé, insérer et maintenir dans la cuvette lesdites informations et, après la perforation du fond, de maintenir le produit emballé à l'abri de l'humidité et d'éviter le dégagement d'odeurs.

The invention relates to a closure device for containers, in particular for powder boxes, of the type comprising a body for dispensing the product contained in the container, produced in the form of a cup, the bottom of which covers the opening of the container and is provided with perforations. dispensers of said product, and a cover capable of being removably mounted on the dispenser body to cover the perforated bottom thereof.
Closing devices of this type are already known. These devices generally comprise a cover which is produced in the form of an independent element which is mounted on the distributor body by fitting. Consequently, the cover is easily lost and its handling is not easy.
The present invention aims to provide a closure device which overcomes this drawback of known devices, which has just been stated.
To achieve this object, the closure device according to the invention is characterized in that the cover is connected to the dispenser body by a flexible connection tab, secured at its ends to the peripheries of the cover and the dispenser body respectively, so as to be able to pivot between a closed position of the distributor body and a folded position for disengaging it.

According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, the central part of the dispensing face is set back in forming a bowl, the bottom of which has the aforementioned perforations, and in that the cover comprises on its closing face of the dispensing body an annular rib forming axially projecting and intended to engage in said bowl, the free edge of the rib and the upper edge of the bowl having locking means by snap-fastening of the cover in its closed position.
