Description

Ferme à entrait porteur spéciale mezzanine, tronquée ou non tronquée.
Le présent procédé concerne la modification d'une charpente. I1 a pour but de créer un vide au dessus dtune pièce.
Ce procéde évite les malfaçons éventuelles de la reprise des forces pouvant donner à la structure une faiblesse au niveau du chevêtre de la mezzanine I1 évite également la pose dlun poteau au rez de chaussée dc la maison pour soutenir le chevêtre de la mezzanine.
DESSIN N01
Ferme en entrait porteur spéciale- pour mezzanine avec reprise de force par le haut comportant deux arbalétriers (1) 40 x 220, un entrait porteur (2) 40 x 220, un poteau (3) de section 15 x 15, une fichc (-4) selon écartement demandé, une contre fiche (5) et un entrait retroussé (6). Cette ferme à la possibilité d'être connectée en usine (7) ou livrée din rectement sur le chantier en pièces détachées, assemblée sur place et connectée avec du contreplaqué de 12 mm (7), cloué ou agrafé.

Poteau (3) servant à la reprise des forces par le haut, de section 20 x 20, venant se cheviller ou se boulonner (8) sur l'entrait retroussé (6) par le haut et venant se cheviller ou se boulonner (9) sur entrait porteur (2).
Cette ferme repose sur un calage (10) pour la désolida- riser du plafond existant.

Claims (3)

REVENDICATIONS
1) Procédé pour la création d'une ferme spéciale mezzanine caractérisé cn ce que cette ferme à un entrait porteur (2) coupé à c'imension, comportant deux arbalétriers (t), une fi chc (4), une contre fiche (5) selon écartement, unPentrait retroussé (6). Ces pièces seront connectées (7) en usine ou sur chantier.
2) Ferme pour mezzanine suivant revendication 1), caractérisée en ce qu'un poteau se repportant sur l'entrait (2) et sur l'entrait retroussé (6) permet la reprise de force par le haut et est fixé à l'aide de chevilles bois ou de boulons de charpente.
3) Ferme pour mezzanine suivant revendication 1) et 2), caractérisée en ce que cette ferme sera désolidarisée du plafond existant par un calage (10).
