Abstract

The framework for an exhibition stand or similar structure is made from vertical suppots with grooves used to form part of a connecting system with panels which also incorporate grooves. The connections are made by blocks (7) shaped to fit into recesses in the panels, each with a hook (6) projecting from each end, and with a spring loaded pin (9) projecting from one side. Each block has a hole (10) through it, closed at one end by a threaded plug (12) and holding a spring (11). The pin and spring are retained between the plug and a shoulder (10) inside the hole. The two hooks can be of different shapes.
