Abstract

System for securing a storage device using two mounting frames. Description

The present invention relates to the general technical field of fastening systems for storage devices, for example storage devices for bottles or containers in general, on an outer support element, of the partition or wall type, for example, and systems for securing one or more storage panels to be mounted substantially vertically along the outer support member. The present invention relates to a system for fixing a storage device on an external support element, of the partition or wall type for example, said device comprising at least one storage panel intended to be mounted substantially vertically along the element external support and defining a lower edge and an upper edge. There are already storage devices for bottles to ensure the storage of bottles for a longer or shorter period. Such devices are generally provided to ensure the horizontal storage of the bottles and comprise support means on which the bottle rests, both by its body and its tapered end portion forming the neck. In the devices known to date, the support means may for example be formed by a series of wells or tubular elements closed or open in which the bottle is inserted, generally horizontally to be stably supported. The support means may also be formed by simple open tubular-type metal fittings adapted to the shape of the body and the neck of the bottle so that the latter is supported horizontally by the support means both at the from the body of the bottle and at the level of the neck. In known devices, bottles or containers, such as wine or champagne bottles, are stored horizontally on several levels in the vertical direction, thus forming several rows of bottles stacked one above the other vertically.

The known systems generally give satisfaction and effectively allow a stable storage of bottles, the known devices can be fixed and moored to external supports of the kind partitions or walls. The known systems mentioned above nevertheless suffer from certain disadvantages, and in particular that of not allowing a third party to have easy and immediate visual access to the identification label of the stored bottle. It is indeed extremely difficult to have easy visual access to the identification labels that are affixed to or adhered to the body of the bottles insofar as the bottles are stacked next to one another and one above the other. others, while being supported and surrounded by the supports necessary for their maintenance, the visual accessibility is extremely reduced and not immediate. It is indeed necessary to read the label and identify the bottle, to take it out of its storage slot to allow reading. This is of course a disadvantage on the practical level especially as any manipulation of bottles, especially bottles of wine is obviously to be avoided since it affects the conservation of wine in general and presents a more general risk related to the risk of wine. mishandling that could lead to the fall or breakage of the bottle. In addition to the above-mentioned label reading problems, known storage devices, in particular bottle storage devices, are difficult to mount, set up and attach to external support members, like partition or wall for example. The known devices are indeed often difficult to set up and fix and require the implementation of many attachment points to be stable which is not always possible or generate a labor cost often high.

This mounting and fixing difficulty is particularly present when the storage device comprises at least one storage panel which must be mounted and fixed in a stable and vertical manner along a partition or a wall. This difficulty is even greater when a plurality of panels must be mounted in an ordered and parallel geometrical arrangement of the plurality of panels. The need to find a system for mounting and fixing fast and therefore economical while allowing a stable and geometrically ordered attachment is even more important for bottle storage devices intended to be installed in commercial premises intended for the public. In such cases, the fastening must be particularly stable and of quality, that is to say perfectly respect the geometry required for a safe and aesthetic presentation. The objects assigned to the invention are therefore intended to remedy the various disadvantages listed above and to propose a new system for fixing a storage device on an external support element that is particularly quick and easy to implement while providing good stability as well as the possibility of easy modification of the arrangement once it is fixed. Another object of the invention is to propose a new fastening system which is particularly simple to implement and to manufacture. Another object of the invention is to provide a new fastening system which allows a particularly easy, fast and safe modification of the arrangement 15 obtained. Another object of the invention is to propose a new fastening system that can be adapted to a plurality of configurations of the storage devices to be fixed. Another object of the invention is to propose a new fastening system that is particularly suitable for bottle storage devices by their neck. The objects assigned to the invention are achieved by means of a system for fixing a storage device on an external support element, of the wall or wall type, for example, said device comprising at least one storage panel. intended to be mounted substantially vertically along the outer support member and defining a lower edge and an upper edge, said fastening system being characterized in that it comprises: - two mounting frames, respectively lower and upper, the lower frame being intended to form a base for said at least one storage panel and the upper frame being intended to be mounted above the storage panel, each frame being provided with a slide on or in which the lower edge and the upper edge are mounted so as to ensure the fixation and the possibility of longitudinal sliding, respectively, of the lower and upper edge of said less a storage panel while ensuring its vertical fixation. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2 in particular, the fastening system according to the invention is more particularly, but not exclusively, adapted to secure a storage device 3 formed by an open cabinet intended to rest on a floor 1 substantially flat and horizontal on the one hand, and to be fixed securely, by any suitable means well known to those skilled in the art, the kind of screw or nail, on an external support element 2, substantially vertical such as a partition or a wall on the other hand. Within the meaning of the invention, the storage device 3 is intended to ensure the storage or storage of bottles 4 or containers, said bottles 4 being provided with a body 5 or barrel of substantially cylindrical section constant or not and surmounted by a shoulder 6 continuing with a neck 7, generally cylindrical and reduced section forming the neck of the bottle 4. Thus, the storage device 3 according to the invention is a bottle storage device with a collar 7 and a body 5. As illustrated in the figures and as a preferred variant, the bottle storage device 3 comprises support means 8 of the neck 7 of the bottles 4, which means are formed on the one hand by a first plate 9 defining an introduction face 9A and an opposite rear face 9B, said plate 9 being provided with a series of apertures 10, and secondly by tubular elements 11 mounted in at least partial alignment with each other; 10 opening and secured to each opening 10 so as to extend each opening 10 from the rear face 9B (Figure 6) to allow the introduction of the neck 7 through the opening 10 and in the tubular element 11 to obtain the natural support of the bottle 4 by its collar 7 under its own weight. The storage device 3 of bottles 4 forming the preferred embodiment according to the invention is therefore a bottle storage device by their neck, the tubular elements 11 thus forming wells in which the neck 7 of each bottle 4 is inserted with a set necessary and sufficient for each bottle 4 to come into stable support within the well which forms a receiving housing. In this way, as illustrated for example in FIG. 4, the bottles 4, for example wine or champagne, can be stored substantially horizontally leaving a large area, indeed the entire body 5 of the bottle 4 visually free. so that the labels 4A affixed to the body 5 are clearly visible, thus facilitating the identification of the appropriate bottle. As illustrated, the first plate 8 is a non-limiting example, in the form of a substantially rectangular plate of sheet or raw or lacquered steel comprising for example twenty horizontal rows, each horizontal row having six openings 10 aligned horizontally to form lines of openings 10. Other materials constituting the storage device according to the invention can be used without departing from the scope of the invention, such as natural or reconstituted wood or plastic materials, for example. In this way, the series of openings 10 of the first plate 8 is distributed over the insertion face 9A so as to form a set of openings 10 distributed in lines and rows perpendicular to each other. In a particularly advantageous manner, the openings 10 are formed by circular openings whose diameter is substantially greater than the average diameter of the necks of the bottles 4 and for example of the order of 32 mm or more. Advantageously, the tubular elements 11 are advantageously made in the form of metal cylinders (of circular section) which are welded to the opposite rear face 9B in such a way that their axis of revolution passes through the center of each opening 10 and is perpendicular to the plane of extension of the openings 10 to be fully aligned with said openings 10 as illustrated for example in Figure 6.

Alternatively, the alignment may be only partial, the tubular elements 11 may be welded facing the openings 10 with an inclination of their axis of revolution relative to the plane of extension of the openings 10. In this way, the 4 bottles can be stored with an inclination relative to the horizontal plane.

Advantageously, the first plate 8 is provided from these two lateral ends 16 forming a border, two folded edges 17 L defining a front face 18 and a rear edge 19. Particularly advantageously, the tubular elements 11 are of length axial axis identical to each other so as to be able to form spacers for mounting a second plate 20A, for example metallic, mounted in parallel with the first plate 8 against the free ends 11A of the tubular elements 11 so as to form a storage module With these features, the second plate 20A thus forms a cover plate facing the opposite rear face 9B of the first plate 8 abutting against the free ends 11A. Particularly advantageously, and when the first plate 8 is provided with an L folded edge 17, said folded edge 17 has an axial length identical to that of the tubular elements 11 so that the second plate 20A bears against the rear edge 19.

The second plate 20A is made integral with the first plate 8 and / or the tubular elements 11, by any appropriate means, and for example by welding or gluing. Advantageously, the second plate 20A is provided with perforations 21A, for example circular, distributed preferably over the entire surface of the second plate 20A so as to inform a network promoting ventilation and thus the storage quality of the cells. 4. Particularly advantageously, the perforations 21A are of a surface smaller than the surface of the openings of the first plate 8.

In a purely illustrative manner, the first and second plates 8, 20A which form when they are joined together a base module M, are for example a height of 2 m and a width of 60 cm, the axial lengths tubular elements 11 being of the order of 44 mm.

Alternatively, the storage device according to the invention comprises at least two first plates 8 mounted vis-à-vis and at a distance from one another. In this way, a plurality of bottles 4 can be stored on each base module and extend from each introduction face 9A so that the bottoms of each bottle 4 face each other. This gives an optimal use of the available volume. According to another preferred variant, and as illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the storage device according to the invention comprises at least two basic modules M, thus comprising a first plate 8 and a second plate 20A, mounted in spaced apart from each other to form a basic storage module with two basic modules M. Generally speaking, the basic module M or the first plate 8 thus each form a storage panel at sense of the invention with upper and lower edges 31 constituting the upper and lower edges of said storage panel. Thus, the invention relates to a system for fixing a storage device 3 on an outer support element 2, of the partition or wall type for example, said device 3 comprising at least one storage panel M, 8 to be mounted substantially vertically along the outer support member 2 and defining a lower edge 31 and an upper edge 30, said fastening system being characterized in that it comprises: two mounting frames, respectively lower 22 and upper 21, the lower frame 22 being intended to form a base for said at least one storage panel M, 8 and the upper frame 21 being intended to be mounted above the storage panel M, 8, each frame 21,22 being provided with a slide 25,33 on or in which the lower edge 31 and the upper edge 30 are mounted so as to ensure the fixation and the possibility of longitudinal sliding, respectively, of the lower edge 31 and 30 of said at least one storage panel M, 8 while ensuring its vertical fixation.

According to the invention, the storage device 3 advantageously comprises a storage panel or base module M which is intended to be mounted on an external support element 2, of the partition type, by means of a mounting frame 20 consisting of the upper frames 21 and lower 22 to which it is connected.

As illustrated, the mounting frame 20 is thus composed of: the upper frame 21 and the lower frame 22 intended respectively to be mounted and fixed on the upper edge 30 and the lower edge 31 of the storage panel M, 8, said edges upper and lower being formed by the terminal ends of the first and second plates 8, 20A.

According to a first variant of the invention illustrated in FIGS. 1, 2, 7 and 8, each frame 21, 22 is formed by a slideway 25, 33 which is of U-section for respectively enclosing the upper and lower edges 31dudit at least a storage panel M, 8 while allowing its sliding. This provides easy mounting, a stable maintenance of the storage panel M while can, if necessary, move easily by simply sliding or sliding within the U section. Of course, if one wishes to improve the maintenance of storage panels M, 8 within the rails 25, 33, the fastening system comprises locking means in position (not shown), such as screws, pins or the like, of said at least one storage panel within the slide 25, 33.

According to a second variant of the invention illustrated in FIGS. 9 and 10, the slide 25, 33 is formed by at least one slide 50, and for example two telescopic slides 50 as illustrated in FIG. 10, fixed permanently on the lower edge 31 and on the upper edge 30, and by a mounting interface 51 in which or on which said slide 50 is slidably mounted.

As illustrated in particular in Figure 10, the mounting interface 51 of the lower frame 22 is for example formed by a U-section metal bar within which is slidably mounted, and for example by rolling to the using wheels (not shown), slide 50.

As illustrated, the slide 50 may be formed of two telescopic slides 50A, 50B mounted, for example by screwing, on the lower edge 31 of the storage panel M by means of translation slots. This type of slide is well known to those skilled in the art and will therefore not be described in more detail. Although the fastening system according to the invention may comprise only one slide frame 21, 22, it advantageously comprises two rails 25, 33 per frame 21, 22. Thus each mounting frame, respectively lower 22 and upper 21 , comprises two slides 25, 33 mounted at a spacing fixed from each other to each receive the lower edges 31 and upper 30 of two storage panels M, 8. According to this variant, the U-shaped sections of the slides 25, 33 within the same pair are of different dimensions, but identical between the lower rails 33 and 25, considered in vertical alignment. According to the invention, the upper and lower frames 22 are intended to be mounted permanently and on the external support element 2 in vertical alignment and each comprise slides 25, 33 allowing the sliding insertion of the storage modules of base M, 8 by their slice. Although in its most general application, the fastening system according to the invention can be used for fixing any type of vertical storage panels, said at least one storage panel is intended to ensure the storage of bottles 4 by their 7. The bottle storage device according to the invention thus allows a user to store the bottles 4 by their neck 7 by inserting said neck into the tubular elements 11 from the insertion face 9. Thanks to the storage device according to the invention, the first bottle 4 of each horizontal row from the front face 18 is therefore devoid of immediate visual obstacles on one side since it is only supported by its neck 7. Its body 5 is therefore accessible and clearly visible ; the identification of the label 4A of each first bottle 4 of each horizontal row is then perfectly readable without any difficulty. There is indeed no visual obstacle to this place. It is thus possible to very easily identify the stored bottles without having to manipulate them.

Furthermore, the use of a fastening system according to the invention, and in particular of the mounting frame 20 provided with slides 25, 33 allows an extremely easy installation of the storage device while facilitating the possible access to bottles stored having the possibility of partially sliding the first plate 8 or a basic module M forwardly according to the arrow F if necessary without having to disassemble the system.
