Abstract

The invention relates to a bottle storage device for supporting a bottle by its neck (11) under its own weight. The device comprises two openings (31, 32) made through a support. The first opening (31) comprises a first support (Z1) intended to come into contact with a first part of the neck of the bottle and the second opening (32) comprises a second support intended to come into contact with a second part of the neck, said first support and said second support being arranged to obtain the support of the bottle by its neck under its own weight. Said second support comprises two distinct support zones (Z2, Z3), arranged relative to each other to come into contact with the neck of the bottle in two distinct contact zones.

Technical field of the invention

The present invention relates to a bottle storage device. The bottle storage device of the invention is suitable for storing a bottle which typically has a body in its lower part extended by a neck at the top. The invention also relates to a storage system which comprises several storage devices of the invention arranged adjacently.

State of the art

Various bottle storage devices are already known in the state of the art. These are used to store bottles in a cellar. They all have a support that can take different configurations. It may be a support having the form of a metal frame forming several housings organized in rows and columns to each receive a bottle in a horizontal position. Similarly, it may be a rack-shaped holder that has several cells for each to receive a bottle.

The patent application FR3010876A1 also describes another type of device in which the support comprises a plurality of openings made through a plate, the bottle being held in the opening by its neck naturally under its own weight. This type of device allows in particular to leave the body of the bottle visible and therefore to easily consult the label affixed to the body.

However, such a storage solution has at least one disadvantage, related to the stability of the bottle in its housing. This is all the more troublesome when the support is made in the form of a partition which is movable in sliding for easier access to the bottles.

The object of the invention is to provide a bottle storage device, of the type described in patent application FR3010876A1, but in which the bottle is held stably.

Presentation of the invention

This object is achieved by a bottle storage device, said bottle being provided with a body and a neck extending said body, said device comprising: - At least one support having a first face and a second face opposed to said first face,

A first opening made through the first face, to allow the introduction of the bottle by its neck in a direction of introduction. A second opening made through the second face, extending said first opening so as to be crossed by the neck of the bottle during its introduction,

The first opening comprising a first support intended to come into contact with a first part of the neck and the second opening comprising a second support intended to come into contact with a second part of the neck, said first support and said second support being arranged in such a way as to get the support of the bottle by his collar under his own weight.

Said second support comprising two distinct support zones, arranged relative to each other to come into contact with the neck of the bottle in two distinct contact zones.

According to a feature, the device comprises means for adapting the position of the second support on said second portion of the neck of the bottle according to the diameter of said neck.

According to another feature, the two bearing zones are arranged substantially symmetrically with respect to a plane of symmetry passing through said insertion direction.

Preferably, the two support zones are each in the form of an inclined edge of said second opening, said two edges being inclined with respect to each other.

Preferably, said second opening has a drop-shaped shape which comprises a contour comprising a half-circle portion and a portion comprising two segments forming a tip.

Preferably, the first opening has a shape identical to that of the second opening.

Advantageously, the support is made in the form of two parallel plates, said first plate and second plate, said first opening being made through the first plate and said second opening being made through the second plate in the extension of the first opening.

Advantageously, the first plate and the second plate are each formed of a sheet. The invention also relates to a bottle storage system, the system comprising a plurality of bottle storage devices as defined above, said devices being distributed on a panel (4).

According to one feature, the system comprises a sliding mechanism fixed on the panel and arranged to make the movable panel sliding in a plane perpendicular to the insertion direction.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF AT LEAST ONE EMBODIMENT The invention applies to the storage of a bottle 1 which conventionally comprises a body 10 extended by a neck 11 forming its neck. More specifically, the body 10 is generally of cylindrical section and is extended along its axis by the neck 11 of smaller cylindrical section. Between the body and the neck, the bottle typically has a frustoconical section 12 junction. Figure 2B shows such a bottle schematically.

Conventionally, the device 2 will be suitable for storing a glass bottle such as a bottle of wine, champagne or other bottle of similar shape. Depending on the type of bottle, the neck has a diameter that can range from 27mm to 35mm.

In the remainder of the description, the terms "upper", "lower", "up", "down", "below" and "above" are to be understood by taking as a reference a vertical axis (X).

For the rest of the description, an insertion direction (A) is defined which corresponds to the direction in which the bottle 1 is introduced into the storage device of the invention (FIGS. 3A and 3B). With respect to this direction of introduction (A), the front of the bottle is defined by which it is introduced into the device and the rear of the bottle.

The storage device 2 of the invention is suitable for storing at least one bottle 1 as defined above. A storage system according to the invention will comprise several devices of the invention organized in several rows and in several columns so as to store several bottles at the same time.

The storage device 2 consists of supporting a bottle in a natural way by its neck 11, under its own weight. To be introduced into the device of the invention, the bottle 1 is positioned horizontally and is introduced from the top of its neck 11 into the device 2 along said insertion direction (A).

Referring to Figures 1 to 3B, the device 2 comprises a support 20 which comprises: - a first face 21, - a first opening opening on said first face 21, - a second face 22, - a second opening 32 opening on said second face 22.

The second opening 32 extends the first opening 31 and communicates with said first opening so as to allow the neck 11 of the bottle 1 to pass through the first opening 31 and then the second opening 32 in the direction of introduction (A). The first opening 31 and the second opening 32 therefore each define a passage sufficient to pass the cross section of the neck 11 of the bottle.

The spacing distance D between the two faces, in the direction of introduction, is less than the length of the neck 11 of a bottle 1.

In a preferred embodiment and shown in Figures 1 to 3B, the support 20 consists of two separate plates 210, 220 positioned parallel to each other. The first plate 210 has an inner face and an outer face which thus corresponds to the first face 21 defined above and the second plate 220 has an inner face and an outer face which thus corresponds to the second face defined above. The first opening 31 is made through the first plate 210 and the second opening 32 is made through the second plate 220. The spacing distance D between the two outer faces of the plates is less than the length of the neck 11 of a bottle 1 to be positioned in the device. In this configuration, in a plane transverse to the insertion direction (A), the dimensions and the shape of the first opening 31 may be distinct or identical to those of the second opening 32. The first plate 210 and the second plate 220 are associated with each other by any suitable fastening means. The two plates 210, 220 are for example formed by assembly and work of several sheets. Between the two plates, it is possible to leave an empty space or to position spacers. Between the two openings, one can imagine positioning a connecting element arranged to connect the first opening to the second opening. This connecting element will preferably have a section of sufficient opening to pass the neck 11 of the bottle.

To obtain the support of the bottle 1 by its neck 11 under its own weight, the device 2 comprises a first support ZI made at the edge of the first plate 210 which defines the first opening 31 and a second support made at the edge the second plate 220 which defines the second opening 32. The bottle 1 is held by its neck 11 in the device 2 of the invention by a lower support coming into contact with the neck 11 in an area located towards the rear of the bottle 1 and a upper support coming into contact with the neck 11 in a zone situated towards the front of the bottle 1. The distance separating the two supports in the direction of the height will depend on the diameter of the neck 11 of the bottle and must be able to be adapted to the diameter of the neck. In other words, the first support ZI must be high enough so that, when it receives the back of the neck 11 of the bottle, the front of the neck 11 of the bottle comes into contact with the second support, while ensuring a stable angular position to the bottle, that is to say included in an angle ranging from 83 to 90 ° with respect to the vertical axis. In the invention, this stable angular position is raised and forms an angle slightly less than 90 ° with respect to the axis (X), for example equal to 87 ° (angle referenced y in Figure 2B). It is thus understood that, to meet these conditions, the device comprises means which make it possible to generate the second support in a manner adapted to different bottle neck diameters.

Of course, we must understand that to fulfill these conditions, it is possible to: - Play on the shape of the two openings 31,32, they can be of an identical shape or two distinct forms, - Play on the position two openings 31,32 relative to each other, - Play on the dimensions of each opening 31,32, they may be the same or different.

According to the invention, the second support defined above has the particularity of having at least two separate support zones Z2, Z3 intended to come into contact with the neck of the bottle in two distinct contact zones. These two bearing zones Z2, Z3 are arranged so as to allow the blocking of the bottle 1 in the device, in particular in the directions perpendicular to the insertion direction (A) of the bottle and to the axis (X). defined above. The two zones of support Z2, Z3 distinct are the only two contact areas of the neck 11 of the bottle at the second opening 32. Moreover, as described above, these two bearing zones vary in position by relative to the first support ZI according to the diameter of the neck of the bottle.

To achieve said two bearing zones Z2, Z3 distinct and adaptable to the neck diameter of the bottle, different solutions can be imagined.

Advantageously, the two bearing zones Z2, Z3 are made symmetrically with respect to a vertical plane of symmetry passing through the insertion direction.

The two support zones Z2, Z3 on the neck 11 of the bottle may be surfaces or made in a specific manner.

In a preferred solution shown in FIGS. 1 to 4B, the two bearing zones Z2, Z3 are made in the form of two inclined or slightly curved rectilinear edges of the second opening 32. As shown in these figures and in a nonlimiting manner , the two edges thus formed can extend to meet to form a dome or a point.

The second opening 32 is thus made through the second plate 220 so as to:

Forming a passage in a plane transverse to the insertion direction (A) which is sufficient to pass the cross section of the neck 11 of the bottle 1,

Form the two bearing zones Z2, Z3 defined above and which allow the maintenance of the neck 11 by contact in two distinct contact zones.

The second opening 32 can thus take different forms that fulfill these conditions. Without limitation, a first preferred form shown in the accompanying figures is that of a drop of water. It thus has a lower part in the form of a semicircle and a pointed upper part whose two segments extend the two ends of the semicircle and join to form an acute angle. Preferably, this angle may take a value between 30 ° and 70 °. The two segments thus formed cenportent the two distinct support zones mentioned above and allow to adapt their position to the diameter of the neck 11 of the bottle. By way of illustration and in a nonlimiting manner, each segment of the water droplet will for example have a length of 31.6mm, the diameter of the lower part in a semicircle will be for example 38mm and the overall height of the opening will be for example 54mm. The surface thus formed will be especially sufficient to pass the neck of a bottle which has an average diameter of 27 to 35 mm, depending on the type of bottle to be stored.

Advantageously, the first opening 31 and the second opening 32 have an identical shape in drop of water and are of identical dimensions. In addition, to maintain the bottle stably and fulfill the conditions already mentioned above, they are offset relative to each other in the direction of the height, the first opening 31 being higher than the second opening 32.

FIGS. 3A to 4B illustrate the principle of supporting the bottle by its neck with the aid of a device which has its two openings 31, 32 having a droplet shape as defined above.

FIG. 3B represents the second support and more particularly the two bearing zones Z2, Z3 against which the front of the neck abuts, at the level of the second opening 32.

Figures 4A and 4B also provide a better understanding of the action of the two support zones Z2, Z3 on the front of the neck 11 of the bottle. It is understood that the two inclined rectilinear edges which comprise the two support zones make it possible to adapt to bottles of different neck diameters.

As an alternative embodiment not shown, the lower part of the second opening may take any other adapted form that allows to define, with the upper part, a sufficient passage to pass the cross section of the neck. The lower part can be for example rectangular or polygonal.

With reference to FIGS. 5, 6A and 6B, the system of the invention comprises several devices 2 of the invention as described above so as to store several bottles. The devices are positioned adjacent and made through the same panel 4. On the panel 4, they are advantageously organized in rows and columns. The openings formed will preferably be staggered through said panel 4 so as to optimize the storage space.

As for each device described above in connection with Figures 2A and 2B, the panel 4 preferably consists of two parallel plates through which are formed the two openings which each define a separate storage device. Each plate is for example of rectangular shape and made of metallic material.

In Figure 5, the bottle storage system consists of the panel 4 which is placed on a plane (for example a table) and which allows to support a few bottles (in Figure 6, it is provided with four devices 2 of storage as defined above).

In FIGS. 6A and 6B, the storage system consists of the panel 4 which advantageously comprises a sliding mechanism with two elements allowing it to slide in a plane perpendicular to the introduction direction defined above. With reference to FIGS. 6A and 6B, this slide mechanism is composed of a lower rail 50 fixed on the wall or on the ground S and cooperating with a sliding element mounted on the lower edge of the panel and an upper rail 51 fixed on the wall M or on the ceiling and cooperating with a sliding element mounted on the upper edge of the panel 4. The lower rail and the upper rail are fixed on their support by any appropriate fastening means, in particular by means of screws .

As shown in Figure 6B, several systems of the invention are for example aligned along a wall. Each bottle stored on a system remains easily accessible by sliding the system on its rails.

Claims (10)

1. Bottle storage device, said bottle (1) being provided with a body (10) and a neck (11) extending said body, said device comprising: - At least one support (20) provided with a first face (21) and a second face (22) opposite to said first face, - a first opening (31) made through the first face, to allow the introduction of the bottle by its neck in a direction of introduction (A), a second opening (32) made through the second face, extending said first opening so as to be traversed by the neck of the bottle during its introduction, - characterized in that the first opening comprises a first support (ZI) intended to come into contact with a first part of the neck and the second opening comprises a second support intended to come into contact with a second part of the neck, said first support and said second support being arranged so as to obtain the port of the bottle by its neck under its own weight, - characterized in that said second support comprises two zones of support (Z2, Z3) distinct, arranged relative to each other to come into contact with the neck of the bottle into two distinct contact areas. 2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises means for adapting the position of the second support on said second portion of the neck (11) of the bottle according to the diameter of said neck (11). 3. Device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the two support zones (Z2, Z3) are arranged substantially symmetrically with respect to a plane of symmetry passing through said insertion direction (A). 4. Device according to claim 3, characterized in that the two support zones (Z2, Z3) are each in the form of an inclined edge of said second opening, said two edges being inclined with respect to the other. 5. Device according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that said second opening (32) has a teardrop shape which comprises a contour having a semi-circular portion and a portion having two segments forming a point. 6. Device according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the first opening (31) has a shape identical to that of the second opening. 7. Device according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the support (20) is formed in the form of two parallel plates, said first plate (210) and second plate (220), and in that said first opening (31) is made through the first plate and said second opening (32) is made through the second plate in the extension of the first opening. 8. Device according to claim 7, characterized in that the first plate (210) and the second plate (220) are each formed of a sheet. 9. Bottle storage system, characterized in that it comprises several storage devices for bottle as defined in one of claims 1 to 8, said devices being distributed on a panel (4).
