Abstract
Description
The present invention finds its application in the field of sanitary installations. It relates more particularly to the production of individual blocks of the WC, shower, sink, bidet, bath type and their combination in order to obtain sanitary spaces in all points identical to the traditional bathroom. It finds its application more particularly in the rehabilitation of existing premises, which does not prevent it from also registering in the context of the creation of new premises. It is adapted to the problems that arise in the sanitary for both communities and individuals: reliability, tightness, aesthetics, durability, maintenance and cost. It thus meets a current and growing need of people's lives and their privacy as well as that of their cleanliness and their relaxation which is summed up by equality:
A room = a bathroom
The research carried out so far makes it possible to say that there already exists in this field traditional sanitary equipment or in the form of monobloc or dismountable cells. Each one offers certain advantages both on the reliability of their design and on the merits of their existence. However, they generate significant disadvantages to their development
- Regarding the traditional, the establishment of such an installation involves the intervention of many trades, significant immnobilisation of the premises and sometimes irreversible dirt on the places of its establishment. As the traditional (plaster partitions latency, sanitary, plumbing) is suitable when creating housing, as much it demonstrates by nature its inadequacy during the rehabilitation of existing premises.
- Regarding the sanitary blocks, they generally resolve the drawbacks caused by the traditional in the context of rehabilitations, but very often in this same framework, the blocks in question come up against dimensional problems during installation : the block does not pass through the stairwells, or through the entrance doors, or even the windows of the places to be rehabilitated. Furthermore, by their definition of blocks, they form volumes with invariable dimensions which by nature do not allow extensions and are limited in their development to specific cases.
The originality of the present invention is defined by the possibility of creating in all places a functional and variable sanitary volume making it possible to respond to the multiplicity of needs known in this field, while avoiding the drawbacks of the processes known to date without without by losing the advantages. By design, it guarantees:
- Accessibility wherever it is needed,
- A fast, clean, durable, reliable installation in all places,
- A possibility by the assembly design to adapt, as needs and means, the corresponding sanitary volumes,
- An implementation within the reach of any person.
The nature of the means to achieve this goal can be defined as follows
- An original design of the basic modules,
- A functional assembly of these modules,
- The use of glass resin composites which, in the sanitary field - whose major defect is defined by humidity -, finds particularly a first order application.
To meet these objectives, the construction according to the invention is characterized for each modular construction.
- low elements called WC floor, sink, bidet, bathtub
and shower floor,
- high elements called ceiling,
- vertical intermediate elements called partitions.
Each basic module receives pre-equipment corresponding to the function assigned to it: W.Ci pre-equipment, sink pre-equipment, bath pre-equipment, bidet pre-equipment, shower pre-equipment. It is thus constituted by a floor and a ceiling between them by three partitions and a door. The pre-water module included), assimilates to a real set to assemble yourself.
Each module thus produced by all of these elements guarantees accessibility by door, window, staircase and the installation of a self-assembly from the cellar to the attic.
Other characteristics and advantages will become apparent on reading the detailed description which follows of the modes (7 executions given here by way of example, and represented on the attached designs in which

As shown in FIGS. 1 to j, the sanitary units according to the invention are produced from modules designated by the general reference (10). These modules each consist of at least three demountable partitions respectively (11) and (12), a floor (13) and a ceiling (14), visible in FIG. 10. It is understood that by this arrangement the constituent elements of each module are delivered flat, in the form of a package that can be easily transported by all access routes to built buildings, the components of each module being assembled in situ using various combinations, as will be described in more detail below. -after. As can be seen in FIGS. 1 to 1, the partitions of the modules in the assembled state are capable of being closed by a door (15) which is applied to the edges of the partitions (11).
The basic partitions of each module are organized so that they can be assembled together to form an elementary block or be assembled with one or more sail blocks.
The means of assembling the partitions of each block are constituted each time, for each partition element, of a profiled edge (16) intended to constitute a vertical joint plane. To ensure the rigidity of the vertical joint planes, each assembly edge (is substantially thicker than the average thickness of the partition walls. Each assembly edge has a first portion (10a) parallel to the mean plane of the partition and a portion (16b) perpendicular to the mean plane of the said partition, thereby producing, for each elementary partition, a perfectly triangulated rigid edge which is particularly resistant to compression or buckling forces.
The junction between two elements of adjacent partitions can advantageously be done by bolts and nuts (17) with interposition between the two faces of a joint plane, of a seal (18). It is noted that in such a construction method, the means for connecting rivets, bolts, glue, etc. of the joint plane are invisible.
Advantageously, the faces (16a) of the edges of the partitions are joined to the mean plane of the partition by a leave (19) preferably inscribed in an arc of circle which contributes to the rigidity of each elementary partition and to the rigidity of the bulkheads of blocks in the assembled state.
In the example of FIG. 6, the assembly of two partitions (12), belonging to differentiated blocks and assembled end to end, in alignment, in an assembly at 1800 has been shown.
As shown in FIG. 4, the floors (13) are assembled from block to block by means of a metal base (20) preferably made of I.P.N. so as to obtain on the one hand a ground support face (20a) and on the other hand a floor support face (20b). The bases (20) are assembled from block to block by means of splints (21). We note that each floor element (Ij) has on its periphery an assembly edge (ira) connected to the mean plane of the floor by a fillet (13b) each edge portion (13a) of two adjacent blocks being capped by a rigid assembly flat joint (22) which is fixed by simple bolting on the edges (1> a) of the floors. The flat joint (22) has two raised edges (22a) which under the tightening action of the means of connection (2d) guarantees the sealing between the connected floor elements.
Similarly, the ceilings (14) shown in Figure 10 are assembled from block to block. Each ceiling element (14) has on its periphery an assembly edge, identical to that (13a) of the floor, connected to the mid-plane of the ceiling by a leave identical to that (13b) of the floor, each portion of the ceiling edge two adjacent blocks being capped by a rigid flat joint assembly (22) yes is fixed by simple bolting on the edges of the ceilings. The flat seal (22) has two raised edges (2ka) which under the tightening action of the connecting means (2j) guarantees sealing between the assembled ceiling elements.
In the embodiment of FIG. 8, it can be seen that the block-to-block assembly mode allows not only the assembly of two blocks by the partitions (11) but also by the front faces (12) which gives a orthogonal type assembly.
In the embodiment of FIG. 9, the assembly of the blocks by the lateral partitions (11) has been presented.
In the embodiment of Figures 9 and 10, there is shown the assembly of three blocks by the side walls (11), the assembly thus produced being closed by a single door (15).
It goes without saying that the docking to any of the sanitary blocks can be carried out directly, leaving the front free of the door.
espaces sanitaires. The constituent elements of each block make appcl 4 of glass and resin composites. These modern materials have been returned within the framework of the invention because they are characterized by the following points
- Significant mechanical resistance conferred by the glass fabric,
- Adaptation and moldability of a very large number of shapes
allowing a pleasant "design" to the product,
- Clean and shiny appearance of the interior surfaces of the modules,
- Easy trekking maintenance with sponge and soapy water
- Last but not least, a very great affinity to resist mi
humid places and therefore to respond particularly well to
sanitary areas.
The technical advantages which result from these main means are as follows:
- by the original design of the basic modules: a possibility of possible industrialization of the products thanks to the standardization of the elements,
- By 11 functional assembly of the modules: the realization of a sanitary space is guaranteed in all places whatever the difficulties of access technical advantage that do not offer the products known to date on the market,
- By the use of glass resin composites: a total absence of reaction in a humid environment and an ideal response to the problems of sanitary facilities.
In accordance with the spirit of the invention, a module consisting of low elements, vertical elements and high elements, the assembly being carried out at the place of installation, this results in great ease of transport and accessibility everywhere.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiments described above and shown for which other variants can be provided.
