Abstract

The invention relates to an odour extractor for a W.C. bowl. The subject of the invention is an odour extractor for a W.C. bowl, which can be connected to a pipework network 8 which can be subjected to a partial vacuum, such as that used for the devices with dust-collecting stations. It comprises a sensor joined by a flexible pipe 5 to a valve or solenoid valve 6 controlled by an adjustable timer and, itself, connected to the pipework network. The sensor may be fixed to the bowl or to the water flushing apparatus. The timer controls the activation of the suction units of the dust-collecting station. Applications: particularly to W.C. bowls.
