Abstract

Door for cooking and roasting oven of a range, which is constituted by a door body comprising a window and by a plate of glass forming the front part of the door and connected in a removable manner by a recessed-fitting connection to the internal door body, characterised in that the front window 5 comprises, in its lower part, on its internal side, an angle 6 comprising a recessed-fitting nose 10 and, in its upper part, an elastic element 12 in the form of a stirrup with two branches and in that the door body 2 comprises, in its edge 9, a corresponding recessed-fitting opening 11 for the recessed-fitting nose 10 and a screwed body 14 comprising recessed-fitting recesses 16, 16' for the elastic element 12 in the form of a stirrup.

Description

 The present invention relates to a door for a cooking and roasting oven of a kitchen stove, which is constituted by a door body comprising a manhole and by a glass plate forming the front part of the door and connected by removably by a mounting connection to the interior door body.

A door of this type is described by the patent
DE-OS 32 38 441. In this door, the front window has, on its inner side, a fitting element which can engage in a latching recess formed in the lower retaining edge of the inner door body. Under these conditions, the front window is connected to the interior door body so that it can be removed and replaced.

The object of the invention is to further simplify the production of the mounting connection of the front glass of the door of the oven for baking and roasting and above all to facilitate the unlocking of the mounting connection and, therefore, disassembly of the front window
This object is achieved, according to the invention, due to the fact that the front window comprises, in its lower zone, on its inner side, an angle iron comprising an embedding spout and in its upper part, an elastic element in the shape of a stirrup with two branches and the door body has, at its edge, a corresponding recess opening intended for the recess spout and a screw body comprising recess grooves for the elastic element in the shape of a two-stirrup branches.

 The measures proposed according to the invention allow a particularly simple assembly and disassembly of the removable front window of the baking and roasting oven which can be carried out easily by all housewives.

 Various other features of the invention will become apparent from the detailed description which follows.

 An embodiment of the object of the invention is shown, by way of nonlimiting example, in the accompanying drawing.

 The figure is a section through a door of a baking and roasting oven.

 The oven and baking oven door 1 represented by the figure is essentially constituted by an interior door body 2 made of cast iron forming a frame and comprising a window 4, covered by a manhole 3, and by a plate 5 made of solid glass forming the front side. On the inner side of the window 5 which faces the sheet metal door body 2, angles 6 or the like are fixed in the lower zone, left and right, by means of adhesive devices 7. The side by which the angle 6 is applied against the glass has projections 8, 8 'for maintaining distance which means that the angles 6 are always at the same distance from the inside of the glass 5. On their side -turned towards the edge or the frame 9 of the sheet metal door body 2, the angles 6 each have a recessed spout 10. The edge or the frame 9 of the sheet metal door body 2 has a corresponding recess opening II in which the embedding spout 10. The upper zone of the pane 5 comprises, on its inner side, on the right and on the left, elastic elements 12 in the form of a two-arm stirrup which are also fixed by an adhesive device 13. These elastic elements 12 in the shape of a stirrup also comprise, on their side by which they are applied against the glass, projections 8, 8 ′ for maintaining distance. Opposite each elastic element 12 in the shape of a stirrup, the side of the sheet metal door body 2 which is turned towards it comprises a screwed body 14 accessible from the outside and fixed with the insertion of an annular body 15 of rubber or of a similar piece. This screwed body 14 has two embedding grooves 16, 16 'which constitute the embedding housing of the elastic element 12 in the shape of a stirrup with two branches. The screwed body 14 has a surface 17 which thins in the direction of extraction of the elastic element 12 in the form of a two-stirrup stirrup, which facilitates the positioning of this elastic element in the form of a stirrup with two branches.

 To install the removable front window 5 on the sheet metal door body 2, we start by engaging the front window 5, turned about 450 upwards relative to the sheet metal door body, so that its embedding nozzles 10 located on the angles 6 are first placed in the corresponding embedding openings 11 of the edge 9 of the sheet metal body. Then, the glass 5 is pivoted towards the sheet metal door body 2, so that the embedding spout 10 engages from behind with the edge 9 of the sheet metal body, which prevents the glass from being moved to the top. The pivoting of the window 5 towards the body 2 of the sheet metal door causes the elastic element 12 in the form of a stirrup to engage with the recess recesses 16, 16 ′ of the screwed body 14. The window 5 is then connected by embedding, in a removable manner, to the inner door body 2 made of sheet metal. To release the window 5, it suffices to turn the screwed body 14 by 900, which means that the elastic element 12 in the shape of a stirrup escapes from its embedding position in the two embedding recesses 16, 16 'opposites. The glass 5 is made to rotate about 450 approximately forwards and is removed by lifting it out of its mounting position in the edge 9 of the sheet metal door body 2.

Claims (7)

 1 - Door for a cooking and roasting oven of a kitchen stove, which is constituted by a door body comprising a manhole and by a glass plate forming the front part of the door and connected in a removable manner by a mounting connection to the interior door body, characterized in that the front window (5) has, in its lower part, on its interior side, an angle (6) comprising a mounting spout (10) and, in its upper part, an elastic element (12) in the shape of a two-legged stirrup and that the door body (2) has, at its edge (9), a corresponding recess opening (11) for the recess spout (10) and a screwed body (14) having recessing recesses (16, 16 ') for the elastic element (12) in the shape of a stirrup.  2 - Door according to claim 1, characterized in that it comprises two angles (6) and two elastic elements (12) in the form of a stirrup which are placed to the right and to the left of the front window (5).  3 - Door according to one of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that the angles (6) and the elastic elements (12) in the form of a stirrup are fixed by an adhesive connection to the front window (5).  4 - Door according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that, on the side by which they are applied against the glass, the angles (6) and the elastic elements (12) in the form of a stirrup comprise remote maintenance projections (8, 8 ').  5 - Door according to claim 1, characterized in that the screwed body (14) is mounted on the inner door body (2) in sheet metal with the insertion of an annular rubber body (15) or a similar device.  6 - Door according to one of claims 1 or 5, characterized in that the screwed body (14) comprises, in the direction of engagement of the elastic element (12) in the form of a stirrup with two branches, a surface or an oblique part (17) which becomes thinner.  7 - Door according to claim 1, characterized in that the recessing recesses (16, 16 ') formed on the screwed body (14) are one opposite the other in opposite positions.
