Description

The present invention relates to an armchair

Claims (3)

  1. Adjustable chair, characterized in that it comprises a support base (1), a piston and pneumatic cylinder arrangement (3) mounted on the support base, the piston of said piston and cylinder arrangement having a first axial end (3a), a U-shaped structural support member (6) mounted on said first end of the piston, said U-shaped member comprising two rod parts and a core part connecting said rod parts, each part of rod ending in a free end region, chair arms (7) fixedly mounted on the free ends of said rods, pivot pin means (9) mounted on each of the chair arms, chair back means (8) fixedly mounted on each of the means with a pivot axis, said chair back means having a lower region, a chair seating means (10) articulated on said lower region of the back means (8), means guiding   sliding (12,13) mounted on said core portion of the gold-   gane (6) U-shaped and supporting said seat means, and pushing means (17) cooperating with said   guide means for opposing the sliding movement   guiding means, the center of gravity of the fault.   threshold thus remaining substantially fixed.   2.
