Abstract

The invention has the advantage of creating, on the inside or the outside of a building, inexpensive separations or a curtain wall, which are fixed, dismantleable or openable, with an acoustic or thermal insulation. Description

 It often happens that there is a need to create partitions inside existing buildings, for industrial, agricultural or domestic use. The methods of construction of solid partitions are long and expensive, and on the other hand the walls thus formed are definitively.

 The invention has the advantage of being able to create partitions inside a building or to create a murrideau in contact with the outside inexpensively, providing sound and thermal insulation. The assembly can be fixed and removable, either opening and removable.

 The curtain wall object of the invention consists of two flexible walls spaced a few centimeters. These walls are made integral by a network of spacers and / or by a frame placed at their periphery.

 The walls are made of flexible materials such as textiles, fabrics, coated or not, nonwovens, films, sheets, etc.

 The constituent elements are assembled by welding, sewing, stapling, riveting, eyelets or other conventional means.

 The closed enclosure formed between these walls and their assemblies can be evacuated or filled with a gas or a fluid (which can be air) and can be partially or totally occupied by a thermal insulator and / or phonic.

 The wall-partition according to the invention consists of two parallel flexible fabrics, preferably coated 1, 2, spaced a few centimeters apart and braced by half-spacers 3, 4 fixed for example by welds 10 on the internal walls of fabrics 1, 2 and joined by sewing or otherwise; two by two (Figures 1 and 2).

 These spacers 3, 4 can support one or more layers of a thermal and / or phonic insulator 5, such as a chlorofiber felt for example, which extend parallel to the two fabrics 1, 2 approximately in their middle, a l using any fixation.

 We will thus make a kind of sealed box by welding on the periphery of the walls another coated fabric (6) with a width equal to that of two half-spacers 3, 4 with angle returns 7 used for the passage of the organs of fixing on posts, walls etc ...

 Such a double partition can be improved from the point of view of tension and rigidity by the inflation of the closed enclosure formed between the walls and their assemblies, using valves 8 provided on the walls or on the sides.

 The periphery of each element 1, 2 is provided with connection means with the adjacent element 1a, 2a and the peripheral fabrics 6 as well as the walls of the end elements have holes 12 for the passage of wall fixing members - partition on posts, walls or other supports.

 Another way of making a curtain wall according to the invention with an inflatable structure which will ensure the tension and the rigidity of the wall consists in making by welding a set of four cylinders of coated fabric 11 provided with a valve 8 and arranged according to the four sides of a rectangle (Figures 3 and 4).

 Two coated fabrics forming walls 1, 2 are welded on the generatrices of these cylinders. A thermal and / or phonic insulator 5 can be placed inside these walls by sewing on the lips 14 of the inflated cylinders 11.

 This set includes at the periphery of each wall a hanging system allowing it to be connected to the next element as well as to the wall, floor or ceiling if necessary (not shown).

 The two systems described can be made opening, for example, by hanging them from "hangers" themselves secured to trolleys rolling on a rail.
