  1 Apparatus for the storage and transport of food or other materials, characterized in that it comprises a dish (10) having an opening 15, a cover (11) which can be detachably placed on the dish (10) for closing the opening (15), and a hermetic closing member (45) which can be placed simultaneously on the dish and over the aforementioned cover.   2 Apparatus according to claim 1, ca-   characterized in that the outer perimeter of the dish (10) is formed by a rim (22) and in that the hermetic closure member (45) has a peripheral peripheral part (48) which extends over the rim (22)   by adapting closely to it.   3 Apparatus according to claim 2, ca-   characterized in that the rim (22) includes an adhesive   rette (23) extending upwards and in that the peripheral peripheral part (48) of the closure member (45)   extends down over the flange (23).
