Abstract

The stop for holding a sliding multi-leaf door in an open position has all the door leaves pivotally interconnected by hinges. It comprises a resilient projection extending from the rear face of the leaf adjacent the end leaf which carries the door lock. When the end leaf is opened, its rear face pivots round towards the rear face of the adjacent leaf so that the projection abuts the lock housing. One edge of the lock housing contains a recess into which the projection locates, to hold the end leaf open.
