Description
La présente invention se réfère aux séchoirs pour pâtes alimentaires dans lesquels-celles-ci sont portées par des tiges ou cannes qu'on fait circuler à l'intérieur de l'appareil. Le séchoir représenté étant d'un type en soi connu, on se bornera à en rappeler ci-après les dispositions générales qui constituent le cadre dans lequel s'insère l'invention. Les pâtes 1 sont montées à cheval sur des cannes 2 dont les extrémités sont portées par des channes 3 qui les déplacent à travers une succession de cellules de séchage délimitées par des cloisons principales 4, chacune d'elles étant divisée en deux moitis par une cloison intermédiaire ou cloison diane 5, ces cloisons étant découpées d'ouvertures appropriées pour permettre le passage de l'ensemble des channes, des cannes et des pâtes.Dans chaque cellule, l'une des moitis est équipée de ventilateurs 6 qui soufflent l'air de séchage sur les pâtes, cet air passant ensuite dans l'autre moitié, en partie à travers les pâtes, en partie par un passage ménagé au-dessous d'elles, s'élevant dans cette seconde moitié et traversant une ouverture supérieure 7 de la cloison médiane 5 pour revenir aux ventilateurs.
