Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de coupage et lavage de légumes pour le présent et il s'adapte au traitement des asperges
Plus précisément il s'agit d'un dispositif qui alignera les asperges placées en vrac sur un tapis , les coupera et les récupérera une fois ce cycle accompli
Il ne restera plus qu'à placer les asperges dans un récipient qui ira à la stérilisation ou traitement sous vide
La préparation de.ce légume nscessite un grand soin et sa mise à longueur automatique est une opération délicate , d'autant plus que ce comestible deviens de plus en plus onéreux dfl au codt de main-d'oeuvre
On connait des dipositifs ou machines pourréaliser ce genre d'opération
D'une manière générale ceux-ci consistent en un chassis on tube muni de tapis d'un système de lavage , mais possidant un certain nombre d1inconvénicnts notamment lors de la mise en vrac des légumes sur le tapis , la disposition des asperges se fait manuellement et une à une , ce qui demande une main-d'oeuvre supplémentaire donc un coût de production supérieur , l'invention désigne pallie à ce problème , ce qui est relativement intéressant pour les producteurs équipés du présent appareil , ce qui permet de les placer dans des conditions convenables pour des machines visant à l'expdrtation , surtout que le produit est très demandé
La présente invention entend remédier à tous ces inconvénients on proposant un perfectionnement à ces machines connues par lesquels l'alignement des légume se présentant à la coupe sont nettement améliorés .A cet effet, l'invention pour objet un dispositif qui permet à la tige du légume on question de se déplacer perpendiculairement à la bande de mise en butée
Les tapis utilisés sont en matière différente des appareils connus , donc bien adapté en fonction de la demande des services d'hygiène alimentaire
Les modes de liaison et synchronisation des mouvements permettent do se diffé -rencier des autres machines et à été simplifié à l'extrème , ce qui devient interressant au niveau du coût de revient de cetts machine , outre la simplifi -cation , un soin particulier été apporté pour la construction au niveau de l'économie d'énergie , le moteur une pour le transport , la puissance réduite à et installée ce qui est avantageux par rapport aux autres conceptions
L'invention sera mieux comprise au cours de la description donnée ci-après à titre d'exemple purement indicatif et non limitatif , ce qui permettra d'en dégager les avantages et les caractéristiques secondaires

les légumes en vrac sur le tapis 2 et cela avec l'aide d'une seule personne ce qui est interressant au niveau de la production , c'est la diminution coût main-d'oeuvre tout en offrant une qualité du produit équivalente aux autres procédées
