Abstract

The automatic irrigation feed effects periodic discharge of water accumulated in a tank. A trickle tank feed is used, discharge being controlled by a float in the form of a pipe with a head notch and containing a siphon tube which passes through its foot. A flexible pipe may connect the foot of the siphon tube to the tank outlet, an adjustable stop in the top of the tank being used to control the volume discharged in addition to the discharge frequency. Water entering the tank pivots the float up until it meets the stop, continuing to rise until it flows into the float through the notch. The float now descends and the tank contents discharge through the siphon and the outlet, the cycle then repeating.

Description

"EAUMATIC": Automatic pulsation watering
The present invention consists in transforming a very low flow
continuous in a large discontinuous flow and thus dispose
advantages of Irrigation by * u pulses without pro
-grammator neither electrical energy nor mechanism
To avoid the risks of hydroporphism in clay soils
go and remove the water treatment in the technique of
drip on the other hand, pulsed irrlgatlon
involves initiating very short waterings throughout
of the day by an electronic order (programmer or
integrator of solar radiation).

puissance,etc...)
4/ utilisation sans traitement des eaux chargées(effluents
de stations d@'épuration,étangs ,etc....)
The sequence of automatic tank emptying - accumulated
-lator of water produced by this process allows to have
dtune Irrigation by @ku pulsations without electrical intermediary
-tronic or mechanical
The daily or weekly or seasonal frequency of
oil changes is determined by (q) which is the low flow
continuous water supply to the storage tank
The "Eaumatic" system of automatic watering by storage
draining water has the following advantages:
1 / Low installation and operating costs
2 / Reliability and automatic pulsation
3 / Recovery of very low water inflow rates
(small sources, low solar or wind pumps
power, etc ...)
4 / use without treatment of wastewater (effluents
sewage treatment plants, ponds, etc.)
