Abstract

The frame has four separate pieces of fibre reinforced sand and cement mortar forming a vault (1) with two sides (2,3) and a base (4). The connection is mechanical and adhesive and the finished dressing is limited to the frame edge containing the stirrups (8). Retaining screws (6) pass through the vault into sockets (5) in the walls, while dowel bars in the wall bottom faces fit into sockets (7) in the base. The contact surfaces between all the pieces take a sealer that glues them together.
