Ce ruban 23 est fixé pendant le moulage au châssis d'encadrement 9 et éventuel- lement enveloppé au moulage d'une mince croûte de polyuréthanne. Lorsque la plaque de couverture 6 est destinée à un lave-vaisselle, le ruban 23 de po-lystyrène peut avantageusement être remplacé par un poids ayant les cotes du ruban 23 et consistant en du béton ou en un mélange de béton et de copeaux de fer qui est coulé dans la plaque de couverture 6.
