Abstract

L'INVENTION CONCERNE UN PROCEDE DE FABRICATION DE TISSU IMPRIME PAR IRRADIATION LOCALISEE DE COLORANTS D'IMPRESSION. CE PROCEDE COMPREND UN CHOIX PRECIS DES MATERIAUX A UTILISER; UNE PROCEDURE DE MISE EN OEUVRE PARTICULIERE BASEE SUR L'UTILISATION DES RAYONS SOLAIRES OU ULTRA-VIOLETS POUR IMPRIMER SUR TISSU DES MOTIFS PLUS OU MOINS MARQUES. PARMI LES AVANTAGES LES PLUS INTERESSANTS DE CETTE INVENTION, ON PEUT CITER LA RAPIDITE DE L'IMPRESSION AINSI QUE SA QUALITE, ET LA POSSIBILITE D'UTILISER DIRECTEMENT, COMME MOTIFS A IMPRIMER, DES MATERIAUX BRUTS COMME LES VEGETAUX (HERBES, FOUGERES, FLEURS, FRUITS, BRANCHES, ETC.), OU LES MINERAUX (CORAUX, COQUILLAGES, ETC.).

Description

Actuellement, l'impression sur tissu de motifs divers, se fait par différentes opérations, soit d'impression directe par pression de motifs préalablement encrés, soit par le procédé de caches sur lesquels on fait des projection de peinture, ou des applications de peintures à l'aide de supports divers (pinceaux, chiffons, bombe sous pression, etc...).
La présente invention est un procédé nouveau d'impression par l'utilisation de rayonnement solaire ou ultra-violet, dont la réussite demande le respect strict de la procédure suivante quantau choix des matériaus et à leurs manipulations ou à leur mise en oeuvre.
Sélectionner t
a) Une peinture à délayer, spéciale pour teinture sur tissus, type Sétacolor-Pébéo par exemple.
b) Du tissu, type "White mull 100 % cotton", type de coton léger d'une souplesse très précise.
10) Préparer autant de bols (ou tout autre récipient) que de couleurs choisies. Y verser la peinture brut à proportion de S du récipient. Délayer cette peinture à l'aide d'eau chaude à 70 degrés, dans la proportion de 2/3 d'eau dans chaque bol pour 1/3 de peinture.
20) Préparer la pièce de tissu à impressionner, en la pliant suivant l'inspiration artistique, et en en faisant par torsion un "boudin tordu" que l'on trempe par longueurs variables dans les différents bains préparés de peinture. Tordre au-dessus de chaque récipient de la couleur choisie pour en citer l'excédent de peinture.
3 ) Déplier complêtement la pièce de tissu ainsi teintée et l'étaler à plat, au soleil, sur une surface plane herbeuse, ou l'étaler sur une surface plane exposée à une source de rayon nement ultra-violet, dont on aura soin de régler l'intensité du rayonnement pour obtenir des effets similaires,en intensité, au rayonnement solaire normal.
40) Sans attendre, placer sur la pièce de tissu ainsi étendue des brins d'herbes, des fougères, feuilles d'arbres, palmes de cocotier et/ou tous autres végétaux ou minéraux (coraux, coquillages, etc...), et/ou des caches en carton (ou tout autre matériau ) représentant la silhouette des motifs que l'on veut reproduire en sousimpression sur la surface du tissu, en les disposant suivant l'inspiration artistique. Ces caches peuvent être en matériaus plus ou moins transparents pour contribuer à varier les intensités d'impression.
50) Retirer certains matériaus disposés sur le tissu, après un temps plus ou moins long d'exposition au rayonnement solaire ou à une autre source de rayonnement ultra-violet, suivant que l'on désire une sousimpression plus ou moins marquée, suivant l'inspiration artistique.
60) Attendre le séchage complet au soleil, ou à une autre source de rayonnement ultra-violet.
7 ) Rincer ensuite la pièce de tissu à grande eau, punis la faire ressécher normalement sur un fil, à l'air libre.

'EVENDICATIONS
10) Procédé de fabrication de tissu imprimé caractérisé,en ce que l'on imprègne un tissu léger, par exemple en coton, avec diverses teintures pour tissus, et que les teintures sont fixées sur le tissa par action de radiations, par exemple ultra-violettes ou soleil, après interposition de motifs pXu8 ou moins transparents aux radiations, et les teintures non fixées plus ou moins éliminées par lavages.
20) Procédé, selon revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les imprégnations locales du tissu sont effectuées par trempages localisés de tissu dans des solutions acquzuses chaudes de colorants fixables par irradiation.
