제1도는 기재표면에 나뭇잎이 부착된 사시도, 제2도는 염색가공된 나뭇잎을 가열통에서 건조시키는 예시도, 제3도는 염색가공된 나뭇잎을 가열철판으로 건조시키는 예시도.

Claims (1)

  1. 나뭇잎 및 풀잎을 표백하여 염색한 다음 건조기 트 및 4각 철판위에 옮겨 건조하면서 다림질하여 원색나뭇잎을 얻음을 제1공정으로 하고, 포리염화비닐-초산비닐용액 50-80%에 포리부타디엔-아크리로나트릴용액50-20%를 혼합하여 섬유질보강용액을 얻음을 제2공정으로 하며, 제1공정에서 얻은 나뭇잎 및 풀잎에 제2공정에서 얻은 섬유질보강용액을 코팅하여 건조시킨 다음 핸드백 원단이나 사진틀 표면 장식원단 및 실내바닥 장식판등의 기재표면에 배열하고 공지의 방법으로 가열 가압하여 용착시킴을 제3공정으로 하는 3개공정의 결합을 특징으로 하는 기재 표면에 나뭇잎 및 풀잎을 접착하는 방법.
