After this, the modified phenol resin and the cresol resin are impregnated to the basic material. Such material is dried to receive the preheating for several seconds at 100-150 deg.C and then the heat press formation at 230-250 deg.C and 2-3kg/cm<2>. Thus the damper including sticking part 1, waveform-type corrugation part 2 plus coupling part 3 to the voice coil can be obtained.
