Description

Device for one-to-one distribution of objects

  The present invention relates to a device for dis-

one-to-one tribution of objects.

  For the one-to-one distribution of objects from a

  where they are arranged in bulk, it is essential to

  see the dispenser for storing objects for easy evacuation, The realization of such a distributor, however, presents difficulties when it comes to deliver one by one objects of small dimensions and having any shape,

especially flat, convex or round.

  In dispensers of known type, the objects in question tend to overlap and be blocked at the exit. The device according to the invention aims to

remedy these disadvantages.

  According to the invention, one of the edges of the reservoir is provided with an inclined plane ending in a space whose height is substantially equal to the smallest height of the objects, said space being extended by an S-shaped corridor of which the hole

  opening to the outside is closed by a shutter member.

  The device according to the invention allows effective guidance of objects to the outlet orifice by printing a simple and regular movement to the box constituting the object tank. Furthermore, the dispensing means that allows storage of objects is simple and inexpensive, because it can

  be made of molded material.

  FIGS. 1, 2 and 3 show a dispensing device according to the invention which consists of a box 1 forming a reservoir in which the objects 2 are placed in bulk, said box 1 being closed by a mounted lid 3 sliding in two slides 4, 4a arranged on the longitudinal edges of the boot. The boot 1 has on one of its edges an inclined plane 5 leading to a space or slot 6 formed between the bottom of the boot 7 and the cover 3 whose height is substantially equal to the smallest height of the objects 2, so to allow a storage of these in a single thickness. R E V E N D I C A T I 0 N S   1. Device for dispensing one by one objects arranged in a reservoir, characterized in that one of the edges of the reservoir is provided with an inclined plane leading to a space whose height is substantially equal to the smallest height of the objects, said space being extended by an S-shaped corridor whose orifice   opening to the outside is closed by a shutter member.   2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in   the tank consists of a boot with its upper part   upper slideways in which slides a cover delimiting the upper portion of the limited height space and the S-shaped corridor, said cover having at one of its ends a bar capable of closing off the exit orifice of the S-shaped corridor. .   3. Device according to claims 1 and 2, characterized   in that the curved portions of the S-shaped corridor have a diameter   greater than twice the width of the corridor.   4. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the cover has on the opposite side to the closure bar two lugs which cooperate with the edge of the boot, one of the lugs ensuring the retention of the lid in the open position and the other   lug holding the lid in the closed position.   5. Device according to any one of claims 1   4, characterized in that it comprises several reservoirs and   S-shaped scorers arranged contiguously.   6. Device according to claims 1 and 2, characterized   in that the corridor has a width slightly greater than greater width of the object.
