As visible on the Figure 2, also, the surface 25 of the bottom 23 is cut along two slots 31 and 32 extending over a short length from the edge 28 and parallel to the sides of large dimensions of the cover, said slots being traversed by a cord 33 which reigns in excess thickness on the surface 25 from one side to the other of the part 20 to form, in line with the slots 31 and 32, spans 34 and 35, the role of which will be specified below.

Claims (8)

  1. Cover device with pourer element, particularly for a container containing a product to be dispensed in powder form, in granules or of a similar consistency, comprising an opening adapted to be opened and/or closed correspondingly to the operation of a first movable part (21) pivotally mounted relative to a second part around a fixed axis (33) and against the action of an elastic return force, the said second part constituting the remainder of the cover being partly cut out to provide the passage (26) giving access to the inside of the container and providing in addition the means of fitting (22,40) the cover on the container which it is intended to equip, characterized in that the said movable part (21) is shaped in plane view along an outline similar to that of the cut-out (26) forming the said passage for access to the inside of the container, and in that it has on its face inside the container (in its assembled condition) an edge (51) providing for the seal-tightness of the closure and which prevails over almost all the entirety of the periphery of the said face, with the exception of an area (52) corresponding to the outlet of the pourer element.
  2. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the pivot axis (33) is integral with the said second part, the bottom of the said second part being cut out to provide two supports (34, 35) delimiting the pivot axis (33), and with which two lugs (50) cooperate for mounting and pivoting the said movable part (21) on said second part.
  3. Device according to claim 1, characterized in that the passage (26) cut out in the bottom (23) of the fixed part (20) of the cover is generally shaped as a rectangular triangle, one side of the right angle (27) of which is directed along the great sides of the rectangle which is drawn in plane view by' the cover, while the pivot axis of the movable part is directed substantially parallel with the sides of small dimensions of the said rectangle, and in that one of the angles (29) of the triangular cut out is arranged in the vicinity of one of the corners of the fixed part (20).
  4. Device according to claim 3, characterized in that the movable part (21) has a plane outline to some extent of the shape of a rectangular trapeze, and in that the area (52) where the edge (51) is not present corresponds to the point of the said trapeze.
  5. Device according to claims 3 and 4, characterized in that tire fixed part (20) has a bottom (23) one surface of which (25) is directed slantwise relative to the surface (24) from which the passage (26) is cut out which gives access to the inside of the container, the said surface (25) having slits (31, 32) through which a bead (33) passes which provides for the supports (34, 35) for the pivotal connection of the movable part (21) on the fixed part (20).
  6. Device according to any one of the foregoing claims, characterised in that it is provided with a security device (70) which prevents actuation of the movable part (21) as long as, prior to the first use of the pourer element, the said security device has not been removed.
  7. Device according to any one of the foregoing claims, characterized in that the elastic return force is supplied by means (61) constituted by one or more elastic blades integral with the movable part (21).
  8. Device according to any one of the foregoing claims wherein the two constituent parts (20 and 21) are in moulded plastic material, characterized in that the said parts are joined together by locking.
