Abstract

INSTANTANEOUS PRESSURIZED WATER HEATER FOR DISPENSER OF HOT DRINKS, SUCH AS COFFEE OR TEA, CONSTITUTED BY AN ANNULAR HEATING CHAMBER, OPEN FROM ONE SIDE, CLOSABLE BY A LID AND EQUIPPED WITH A SIDE WATER INLET CONNECTION COLD AND OF A SIDE CONNECTION OF HOT WATER DEPARTURE, AS WELL AS BY A TUBULAR ELECTRIC HEATING ELEMENT, PROVIDED IN A CHANNEL OF THE SHIRT OF THE HEATING CHAMBER. TWO U-SHAPED CHANNELS 9, 10 OF THE HEATING ELEMENT ARE MOLDED IN THE SHIRT 4, HAVE A COMMON BASE 11 AND HAVE OPPOSED OPEN SIDES. A TUBULAR HEATING ELEMENT 7, 8, PRESENTING SENSITIVELY HALF THE TOTAL HEATING POWER, IS CONNECTED TO EACH CHANNEL 9, 10.

Description

The present invention relates to an instantaneous water heater, cast

  pressure, for dispensing hot beverages, such as coffee or tea, consisting of an annular heating chamber, open on one side, closable by a lid and provided with a lateral connection of cold water inlet and a lateral connection of hot water, as well as a tubular electric heating element, arranged in a channel

  from the heating chamber shirt.

  Instant water heaters are required in hot beverage dispensers for cold water heating and transportation

  in the powdered product. A minimum heating power determines

time interval.

  The aim of the invention is to provide the instantaneous water heater of the type

  instantaneous water heater as diverse as possible.

  According to an essential feature of the invention, two U-shaped heating element channels are molded into the jacket, have a common base and have opposite open sides; and a tubular heating element having substantially half the power

  total heating, is connected to each channel.

  The instantaneous water heater according to the invention can thus be very compact. The heating chamber produces only the amount of steam that is absolutely essential for the transport of hot water. The tendency to scaling is thus reduced to a minimum and the life of the instantaneous heater is significantly increased. The surface of the heating chamber is very small, despite a large heating power installed. It is also advantageous to be able to mount the instantaneous water heater according to the invention horizontally or vertically in the hot drinks dispenser. It is also possible to use

  the instantaneous water heater with or without heat insulation plate.

  The advantage that the compact construction represents for the valve manufacturer can not be underestimated. The invention makes it possible to use a single instantaneous water heater for all distributors

of conceivable hot drinks.

  The instantaneous water heater 1, diecast, comprises a

  annular heating chamber 2, closed on one side by a lid 3.

Instant water heater, die casting, for dispensing hot drinks, such as coffee or tea, consisting of an annular heating chamber, open on one side, closable by a lid and provided with a lateral connection of cold water inlet and a hot water outlet side connection, as well as a tubular electric heating element disposed in a channel of the heating chamber jacket, said water heater being characterized in that two U-shaped channels (9, 10) of heating element are molded in the jacket o (4), have a common base (11) and have open sides   opposite; and a tubular heating element (7, 8,   half of the total heating power, is connected to chauque canal (9, 10).   2.
