Abstract

The hydraulic unit includes an electric motor in the end of which there is a box (4) supporting a bearing (5). This bearing supports the output shaft (2) of the motor which is coaxial with the drive of the hydraulic pump. The shaft extends as far as the bias plate (6) of the pump with the casing (7) around this formed as one piece with the box (4). The bias plate (6) operates the pistons (8). The casing has an opening for the admission of hydraulic liquid into the pump, the output being provided along a tube (10) parallel to the shaft (2). Surrounding the tube there is a tube (13) forming a sealed enclosure acting as the hydraulic fluid reservoir. This is provided with a top-up stopper (22) and has a seal (20) around the pump outlet pipe.

La présente invention a pour objet une centrale hy
draulique intégrée, c'est-à-dire un dispositif compact qui com
porte, en un ensemble unitaire, à la fois un moteur électrique,
une pompe hydraulique et un réservoir hydraulique, lequel peut
être de dimensions variables.
The present invention relates to a central hy

a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic tank, which can

Cet ensemble unitaire est constitué par : un moteur
électrique; une pompe hydraulique dont l'arbre d'entraînement
est constitué par l'arbre dudit moteur électrique; un réservoir
cylindrique, d'un diamètre pratiquement égal à celui du moteur
électrique et placé en bout de celui-ci du côté où se trouve la
pompe, de sorte que celle ci se trouve à l'intérieur dudit ré
servoir, ce réservoir étant constitué par un tube serré entre deux flasques, l'un étant le flasque du moteur électrique qui porte le palier commun au moteur et à la pompe, l'autre étant un flasque mobile serré par un écrou vissé sur la tubulure de
sortie de la pompe qui est disposée de façon pratiquement co-axiale au tube.

unitaire est constitué par un moteur électrique 1, dont un des
flasques 3 porte un boîtier 4, dans lequel-est placé un roulement 5, capable de supporter des charges composites : charges radia
les venant en majorité de l'arbre 2 du moteur 1 et charge axiale
venant d'une pompe hydraulique montée en bout de l'arbre 2.

En son centre, le flasque 14 comprend un orifice 17, qui est traversé par l'extrémité filetée 19 du tube 10; un écrou 18 se vissant sur cette extrémité 19 permet de serrer le tube 13 entre le flasque 3 et le flasque 14; de sorte quelle tube 13 et ces deux flasques définissent un volume clos qui constitue un réservoir hydraulique à l'intérieur duquel se trouve la pompe hydraulique.
