Abstract

The telescopic seat is for a tractor. A hydraulic telescopic ram, double or single acting, has five elements made of steel. These have a total travel of 2 metres and the last has a flexible spring bolted to allow bolting of a seat with two handgrips. The assembly includes a spherical 10cm diameter ball in three parts, held by three bolts. This only moves when subjected to high pressure. The ball is welded between the ram base and the platform to avoid shocks due to rigidity.

Dans ces domaines de l'industrie il y eut d'importants progrés de la technique, cela est remarquable mais, l'on a totalement exclu la protection de 1'homme car, depuis que les traoteurs, machines agricoles, pelles-mécani ques existent des milliers d'hommes en France ont trouvé la mort par écrasement. A ce jour, il n'y a aucun tracteur, machine agricole et pelle-mécanique français ou étranger doté d'un tel appareil de protection qui mettrait hors de danger lthomme dans le cas d'un versement d'un de ces engins.

Dans l'hypothèse d'un autre genre d'accident la où le tracteur agricole, pelle mécanique pourrait " culbuter " dans un fossé large et profond dans ce cas le " siège télescopique " ferait office de béquille et se planterait au sol -(toujours à 2 mètres dn tracteur ou pelle mécanique)et freinerait considérablement l'engin . Ainsi, le conducteur aura le temps de se lever de son"siège télescopique" et s'éloigner pour être hors de portée de l'écrasement. Le " siège télescopique n ne demande pas d'enómbre- ment supplémentaire au delà du siege boulonné qui existe actuellement. Son fonctionnement est aisé étant donné que les tracteurs et engins sont munis d'une pompe hydraulique de 200 3ars avec un raccordement supplémentaire.
