La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif accessoire articulé pour le soutien des membres inférieurs d'un patient reposant sur une table d'opérations. The present invention relates to an articulated accessory device for supporting the lower limbs of a patient resting on an operating table.
Certaines interventions chirurgicales notamment en urologie, en gynécologie et en proctologie nécessitent l'adjonction de moyens de soutien des membres inférieurs sur les plateaux supérieurs des tables d'opérations. Ces accessoires peuvent entre fixés sur la table au moyen d'étaux de serrage ou de tout autre moyen et ils sont constitués de tout moyen de support tel que des supports de mollet entourant partiellement les jambes du patient. L'inconvénient majeur de ces accessoires réside dans leur fonction unique qui nécessite l'utilisation de plusieurs appareils différents pour réaliser les interventions chirurgicales mentionnées ci-dessus. De ce fait, on est obligé de changer les accessoires pour chaque intervention différente, même parfois au cours d'une seule intervention, notamment dans le cadre de la chirurgie en deux temps, abdominal et périnal.
