Abstract

The detent pin (12) of the retaining device for window shutters (8) has an inner and an outer part (16, 28) which are connected to one another so as to be angularly adjustable relative to one another. As a result of the pivoting of the outer detent-pin part (28) relative to the inner detent-pin part (16) and a subsequent locking of the pivoting position by the tightening of a screw bolt (34), a matching of the retaining device to the thickness of the window shutter (8) is possible, so that the latter is held free of play between a stop (6) and the rounded outer body (40) of the detent pin.
