Abstract

The frequency generator includes a programmable memory (MR) addressed using a coded combination (CE). An oscillator (OS) provides control pulses (ic). A frist division chain includes a programmable divider (DP1) controlled by the control pulses, which receives the coded combinations (CS) stored in the memory (MR) at the address defined by the coded combination (CE). The division chain also includes a fixed diviser (DS1) whose input is connected to the output of the programmable diviser, and a function generator circuit (GF1) whose input is connected to the diviser output (DS1). A second division chain is provided identical to the first ending in a second function generator circuit (GF2) which like the first is connected to a mixer (ML). An amplifying and filtering circuit (AF) receives the mixer output and provides the final output signal (af).
