Abstract

a. Incinérateur pour ordures ménagères ou déchets divers, comprenant une chambre de combustion ainsi qu'une chambre de postcombustion des fumées et gaz. b. Cette chambre de postcombustion 2 comprend, dans le sens de la profondeur, une première série de plusieurs compartiments 10 et 11, en communication avec la chambre de combustion 1 et disposés côte à côte sur la largeur de la chambre de postcombustion pour former des passages en chicane pour les fumées et gaz, puis un compartiment unique de détente occupant toute la largeur de la chambre de post-combustion et communiquant d'une part avec les précédents compartiments et d'autre part avec la cheminée de sortie des gaz. c. Ainsi, la vitesse des gaz subit une forte réduction avant la sortie de ceux-ci, ce qui permet aux poussières de se déposer.
