Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil d'épuration sous pression destiné au filtrage d'une suspension contenant des bonnes fibres et des impuretés lourdes et légères. L'appareil comprend un réceptacle de filtrage 14 formant une chambre 18 pour produits acceptés, une sortie 30 pour produits acceptés, un canal 44 entourant le réceptacle 14, un moyen 20 qui fait remonter la suspension à l'intérieur du canal 44, et une section 46 d'accumulation d'impuretés disposée au-dessus du canal 44. Application à l'épuration de la pâte à papier dans le mode non continu.
