Abstract

L'invention concerne un broyeur à percussion à deux courants destiné à transformer des matières contenant des fibres en produits intermédiaires à mettre en œuvre ultérieurement. Le rotor (5) est entouré d'une piste de broyage cylindrique (14) et comporte des disques (8, 9) qui, portant des battes (13), forment un canal de guidage (15), lequel débouche à sa périphérie sur le milieu de la piste de broyage. Etant donné que des matières contenant des fibres tendent, en raison de la présence de fractions de matière trop longues, à occasionner des incidents de fonctionnement, il est prévu selon l'invention que, côté entrée, les battes (13) soient interrompues au niveau de l'embouchure du canal de guidage (15) et, côté sortie, des bagues de retenue remplaçables (21, 26) soient placées contre les deux côtés frontaux de la piste de broyage (14).
