Abstract

L'invenzione riguarda un mulino a percussione a doppio flusso per la preparazione di materiali fibrosi che servono ad ottenere prodotti intermedi da trasformare ulteriormente. Esso è costituito da un rotore attrezzato con piastre di percussione ovvero piastre battenti, il quale rotore è circondato da una pista cilindrica di macinazione e i suoi dischi rotorici supportanti le piastre di percussione formano un canale di guida a forma di disco anulare che sbocca perifericamente sulla mezzeria della pista di macinazione. Poiché le materie fibrose, a causa di aliquote di prodotto eccessivamente lungo tendono a causare inconvenienti di funzionamento, sul lato ingresso le piastre di percussione sono, secondo l'invenzione, interrotte nella zona di sbocco del canale di guida, e dalla parte scarico possono applicarsi ai due lati frontali della pista di macinazione anelli di ritenzione intercambiabili.(Figura 1).
