Abstract

Cet oscillateur est formé d'une paire de transistors montée en amplificateur différentiel; dans le circuit collecteur de l'un des transistors, est monté un circuit d'accord; par un circuit de couplage une partie de la tension d'oscillation est appliquée aux bases des transistors. On profite de l'effet limiteur de la paire pour que la valeur crête à crête de la tension de sortie soit parfaitement définie. Ainsi en choisissant les composants, on est sûr, à la première mise sous tension de l'oscillateur, de la valeur de la tension de sortie. Application : générateur de signaux d'horloge pour circuits logiques.
