Abstract
a. Procédé pour la préparation de vinaigre naturel concentré et procédé pour la préparation d'esters de l'acide acétique. b. Procédé caractérisé en ce que l'on met en contact un produit obtenu par la concentration par congélation de vinaigre naturel avec une quantité d'alcool obtenu par fermentation naturelle plus grande que celle qui est déjà présente dans la vinaigre naturel en raison de sa preparation.
