Abstract

L'invention concerne un circuit interrupteur pour courant alternatif. Le circuit est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une source de courant alternatif Il, un commutateur constitué par un transistor à effet de champ 10 et connecté entre la source 11 et une charge 12, deux diodes 17, 18 connectées entre les deux bornes de canal 15, 16 du transistor à effet de champ et un point de référence de polarisation, et un circuit de commande 19, 20, 21 qui est connecté entre ledit point de référence de polarisation et la grille 14 du transistor 10 pour assurer la mise en conduction ou le blocage de celui-ci, lesdites diodes pouvant être formées par les diodes parasites du transistor 10.
