Abstract

L'invention se rapporte aux connecteurs pour objet portatif comprenant un corps incluant une chambre présentant une ouverture adaptée pour recevoir l'objet portatif suivant une direction donnée et comportant un moyen à mâchoires pour saisir l'objet par le seul mouvement de ce dernier. Selon l'invention, les mâchoires sont formées par le plancher 24 de la chambre 21 du connecteur 20 et par une pièce 19 non solidaire du corps 18 du connecteur et coopérant avec le plafond 27 en forme de dièdre pour se déplacer dans la chambre suivant ladite direction entre des positions de repos et de travail et pour basculer relativement à l'objet entre ces deux positions. L'invention s'applique notamment aux connecteurs pour cartes de crédit.
