Abstract

Platine spéciale 2 pour former du jersey éponge sur un métier circulaire de bonneterie. Cette platine 2 est destinée à être couplée avec chaque platine d'abattage 1 dans une rainure formée d'une part dans la couronne extérieure et d'autre part dans une couronne intérieure, ces deux couronnes étant solidaires de la fonture; la platine spéciale 2 comprend en plus du talon de commande par came un bec 6 à l'arrière duquel est ménagée une gorge d'appui 7 pour le fil 25 destiné à former la boucle allongée du jersey éponge et, sous ce bec, un méplat sensiblement vertical pour séparer le fil 24 formant les boucles normales du fil 25 formant les boucles allongées, suivi d'un autre méplat 9 situé à un niveau inférieur à celui du plan d'abattage 13 de la platine d'abattage 1. Application aux métiers circulaires monocylindre de bonneterie pour la fabrication de tissu-éponge à mailles régulières et uniformes.
