Abstract
L'invention est relative à un procédé d'incorporation d'agents de nucléation dans des polymères de propylène. Pour introduire une petite fraction de % en poids d'un agent de nucléation dans un polymère de propylène, cet agent de nucléation est dissous à une concentration de moins de 10 % dans un véhicule liquide homogène, à base d'alcool, ayant un point d'ébullition normal non supérieur à environ 120 degrés C, la solution résultante est atomisée en une pulvérisation de fines gouttelettes que l'on dirige, pour arriver à un recouvrement complet et uniforme, sur un lit pulvérulent d'une poudre de polymère de propylène, sur une période de temps et avec une agitation du lit suffisantes pour que pratiquement toutes les parties de celui-ci soient exposées à un contact direct avec la pulvérisation susdite. Ce procédé permet d'arriver à une dispersion pratiquement uniforme de l'agent de nucléation dans la totalité de la masse du polymère de base.
