Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine et un procédé de moulage par injection à plateaux superposés. Une première soupape 50, montée dans un plateau fixe 52 coopère avec une seconde soupape 54, montée dans un plateau mobile 56, pour commander l'ecoulement de la matière en fusion et sous pression de l'orifice d'arrivée de la machine de moulage vers des cavités ou empreintes 60. Ces soupapes commandent l'écoulement et de la matière en fusion dans des canaux d'injection et dans un canal d'alimentation 70 vers les cavités. Domaine d'application : moulage par injection.
